Parcheggio, spazio esterno in comune, spazio giochi per bambini e per pranzi estivi. Bravissimi Beautiful apartments, furnished with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, etc.). New and perfect bathrooms, comfortable beds, equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen. Perfect cleanliness. Private terraces. Parking, shared outdoor area, playground for children and for summer lunches. Very good

E' un ottimo punto di partenza per fare escursioni nella zona del Cadore, di Cortina, ma anche per spingersi fino a Sesto e San Candido, o verso la Val di Zoldo. In un'ora circa si raggiungono le mete più caratteristiche: Lagazuoi, 5 Torri, Passo Giau, Passo 3 Croci, etc. Un angolo di paradiso, con viste spettacolari verso le montagne e sopratutto verso il Re delle Dolomiti, l'Antelao. Il comprensorio è immerso nella Natura, il riposo è assicurato! L'appartamento si presenta grande, spazioso, con arredi in legno di abete fatti a mano; le finestre sono tutte a doppio vetro, tant'è che la temperatura rimane sempre molto gradevole all'interno, che sia caldo o freddo all'esterno! I proprietari sono molto cordiali e gentili, disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta e molto simpatici. Enchanting place, in Borca di Cadore. It is an excellent starting point for excursions in the Cadore area, Cortina, but also to go as far as Sesto and San Candido, or towards the Val di Zoldo. In about an hour you can reach the most characteristic destinations: Lagazuoi, 5 Torri, Passo Giau, Passo 3 Croci, etc. A corner of paradise, with spectacular views towards the mountains and above all towards the King of the Dolomites, Antelao. The area is surrounded by nature, rest is guaranteed! The apartment is large, spacious, with handmade fir wood furnishings; the windows are all double glazed, so much so that the temperature is always very pleasant inside, whether it is hot or cold outside! The owners are very friendly and kind, available for any request and very nice.

Nica e Diego sempre squisiti, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Lo consiglio vivamente. Seasonal rental. I have stayed in two different apartments. Both very well kept, clean and comfortable. Nica and Diego always exquisite, they did not miss anything. I highly recommend it.
S	Stefano Ingrosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questi appartamenti quasi per caso ed abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze natalizie in questo splendido posto, situato in frazione Villanova di Borca di Cadore, ai piedi dei massicci dolomitici (monte Antelao, Pelmo, Sorapiss), in una posizione davvero incantevole. La struttura è molto bella, tenuta divinamente con cura ed attenzione ai particolari, tutti gli appartamenti sono arredati in tipico stile alpino, e sono uno più bello dell'altro (noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "Antelao", perfetto per una famigliola con due bimbi o per due coppie e che gode di una fantastica vista sul monte Antelao e sul parco sottostante). Gli appartamenti sono dotati di ogni comfort e in zona ci sono un supermercato a 5 min in macchina e diversi ristoranti/pizzerie che effettuano anche consegna a domicilio. Nel parco sottostante i bambini possono giocare immersi nella natura (nel nostro caso in un metro e mezzi di neve...), decisamente in un paesaggio incantato. Nica & Diego, i proprietari, persone oneste, gentilissime e molto attente ad ogni esigenza. Lieti di averlo scoperto e di avervi trascorso dieci splendidi giorni, ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!!! We discovered these apartments almost by chance and spent our Christmas holidays in this splendid place, located in Villanova di Borca di Cadore, at the foot of the Dolomite massifs (Monte Antelao, Pelmo, Sorapiss), in a truly enchanting position. The structure is very beautiful, divinely kept with care and attention to detail, all apartments are furnished in typical alpine style, and are one more beautiful than the other (we stayed in the "Antelao" apartment, perfect for a family with two children or for two couples and enjoying a fantastic view of Mount Antelao and the park below). The apartments are equipped with every comfort and in the area there are a supermarket 5 min by car and several restaurants / pizzerias that also deliver home. In the park below, children can play immersed in nature (in our case in one and a half meters of snow ...), definitely in an enchanted landscape. Nica & Diego, the owners, honest people, very kind and very attentive to every need. Glad to have discovered it and to have spent ten wonderful days there, we will definitely be back! Highly recommended !!!

Views on the mountains are breathtaking. Surrounding woods and meadows are great for walking, cross country skiing or just getting a fresh breath of pure mountain air...you can observe deer feeding from the balcony and see them calmly walking around. Looking forward to visit again. Highly recommended.
