★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrere Häuser und unterschiedliches Niveau. Bitte vorher die Fotos geben lassen. Der Eigentümer gibt sein schönstes Haus immer vor.
Es besteht ein schönes Musterhaus, ein Reihenhaus und das grüne Haus.
Wir hatten das grüne Haus und dieses ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Bad, WC, Elektrik usw. sind der Stand vor 20 Jahren, siehe Fotos. Hier steckt keine Mühe drin.
Auch sind Küchenutensilien nicht komplett, es fehlen einfache Tassen usw. Zwar ist alles dar aber sehr ärmlich und nicht gepflegt. Kein Geschirrspüler, Lappen, Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht.

There is a nice model house, a terraced house and the green house.
We had the green house and this is not very well maintained. Bathroom, toilet, electrics, etc. are the state 20 years ago, see photos. There is no effort here.
Also, kitchen utensils are not complete, it lacks simple cups, etc. Although everything is very poor and not maintained. No dishwasher, rag, kettle does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato di fermarmi un paio di notti in uno dei vari appartamenti, a Desenzano; molto grande e ben organizzata. Molti letti e arredi completi, ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire in una casa. Letti e divano-letti per tutti i gusti e tre bagni che fanno sempre comodo quando si è in gruppo. Proprietario molto gentile e cortese. Un'ottima sistemazione.
I happened to stay a couple of nights in one of the various apartments in Desenzano; very large and well organized. Many beds and complete furnishings, there are all the appliances that can serve in a home. Beds and sofa-beds for all tastes and three bathrooms that are always comfortable when you are in a group. Very friendly and courteous owner. Excellent accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti situati in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla con un centro commerciale vicino. L'appartamento è su due livelli, più un piccolo soppalco con due lettini. Noi eravamo in Via San Marco, il proprietario ha detto che potevamo comunque usufruire della piscina e del campo da tennis, che si trovano in un altra zona di Desenzano (gli appartamenti che si vede da booking ) ci ha lasciato l'indirizzo per raggiungerli. Dalla finestra della camera matrimoniale si vede un bellissimo scorcio di lago. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla tangenziale utile per raggiungere i parchi del Garda. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Apartments located in a residential area, very quiet with a nearby shopping center. The apartment is on two levels, plus a small mezzanine with two beds. We were in Via San Marco, the owner said that we could still use the swimming pool and the tennis court, which are located in another area of Desenzano (the apartments you can see from booking) he left us the address to reach them. From the window of the master bedroom you can see a beautiful glimpse of the lake. The apartment is very close to the ring road useful for reaching the Garda parks. We were very satisfied.
