★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti nuovi, ben costruiti, di dimensioni variabili per ogni necessità. Ne ho provati due, piano terra e terzo piano mansardato.....fantastici entrambi.
Il mansardato ha un terrazzino stupendo, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno non troppo grande ma carino, la doccia ha la tenda ma non dà troppo fastidio. Ben ventilato ma quando il tetto si scalda una camera è impossibile starci.
Quello al piano terra, il più grande, ha sempre due camere da letto, una immensa, cucina-soggiorno ampissimo con un tavolo da 6 persone, tv divano e credenzature ovunque e rimane ancora spazio. Un bagno degno di una casa con box doccia grande.
Portoncino di sicurezza, porta-finestra in soggiorno e una in camera da letto con scuretti in pvc. Porte interne insonorizzate.
Entrambi gli appartamenti sono ben forniti di attrezzature, stoviglie e ciò che serve, frigo ampio e ben funzionante. Niente lavastoviglie e microonde.
Posto auto direttamente nella proprietà, garage, biciclette a disposizione (non molte), lavatrice. Ombrellone e lettini compresi nel prezzo.
Unica pecca è la mancanza di aria condizionata su tutti gli appartamenti, comunque già predisposti.
Proprietari molto molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni esigenza per farti sentire come a casa.
Aggiornamento del 2022.
Nell'appartamento al terzo piano, quello mansardato, è stata installata l'aria condizionata, quindi ora è vivibile anche nelle settimane calde.
Tutti gli appartamenti sono stati ammodernati e tinteggiati.
Il più grande addirittura con lavastoviglie, forno/microonde multifunzione.
Complimenti per l'attenzione dedicata ai clienti/amici e alle loro esigenze.

 New apartments, well built, of varying sizes for every need. I tried two, ground floor and third floor attic ..... both fantastic.
The attic has a wonderful terrace, two large bedrooms and a bathroom that is not too big but nice, the shower has a curtain but it doesn't bother too much. Well ventilated but when the roof gets hot a room is impossible to stay in.
The one on the ground floor, the largest, always has two bedrooms, a huge, very large kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people, TV, sofa and cupboards everywhere and there is still space. A home-worthy bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Security door, French door in the living room and one in the bedroom with PVC shutters. Internal soundproof doors.
Both apartments are well equipped with equipment, crockery and what you need, large and well-functioning fridge. No dishwasher and microwave.
Parking space directly on the property, garage, bicycles available (not many), washing machine. Umbrella and sunbeds included in the price.
The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning on all apartments, however already prepared.
Owners very very kind and available to every need to make you feel at home.
2022 update.
In the third floor apartment, the attic, air conditioning was installed, so it is now livable even in hot weeks.
All the apartments have been modernized and painted.
The largest even with dishwasher, multifunction oven / microwave.
