Se dovete acquistare qualsiasi mezzo da APPARI MOTO (S.Margherita Ligure) fatevi mettete nero su bianco con punti e virgole qualsiasi cosa inerente il contratto e controllate che vi sia dato tutto il dovuto perché una volta saldato, al gentilissimo proprietario Signor Cesare non glie ne può fregar de meno del POSTVENDITA. Prenotato x conto di mia moglie un Liberty Piaggio 50 cc in data 03/06/21 con promessa di consegna dopo 7-10 gg al massimo x controlli e alcuni lavori da eseguire sul Liberty ma consegnato dopo varie mie lamentele in data 22/06/21 Dopo pochi giorni il motorino si fermava -spegneva ed stato riportato a S Margherita e finalmente il 5 Luglio abbiamo riavuto il Liberty a posto N.B il Libertyi è stato consegnato con una sola chiave sia del mezzo che del bauletto (sono dovuto andare immediatamente a fare il doppione in quanto molto pericoloso e dispendioso perdere x qualsiasi motivo la chiave di accensione). Senza Libretto di uso e manutenzione , senza la trus di attrezzi e ancora più nessun copia del contratto di vendita e saldo…l’unico documento valido x la garanzia di Legge Dopo varie telefonate e mail (l’ultima dopo ben quasi quattro mesi) il 18 ottobre…..silenzio assoluto….lascio a chi mi legge qualsiasi considerazione Giuseppe Z. ATTENTION!! If you have to buy any vehicle from APPARI MOTO (S.Margherita Ligure), have everything related to the contract written in black and white with periods and commas and check that you are given everything due because once paid, the very kind owner Mr. Cesare does not give him any can care less than the AFTER-SALES. Booked for my wife's account a Liberty Piaggio 50 cc on 03/06/21 with a promise of delivery after 7-10 days at the most for checks and some work to be carried out on the Liberty but delivered after various complaints of mine on 22/06 / 21 After a few days the scooter stopped - it turned off and was brought back to S Margherita and finally on July 5th we got the Liberty back in place N.B the Libertyi was delivered with a single key for both the vehicle and the top case (I had to go immediately to do the duplicate as it is very dangerous and expensive to lose the ignition key for any reason). Without use and maintenance booklet, without the trus of tools and even more no copy of the sales contract and balance ... the only valid document for the legal guarantee After several phone calls and e-mails (the last after almost four months) on October 18 ..... absolute silence ....
