Tutto estremamente nuovo, pulito e anche molto tecnologico (una chicca sono la Smart TV in camera e le tapparelle/tende elettriche). La posizione è ottima per l’ospedale di Borgo Roma, per la fiera, sia per tutta la parte industriale situata a sud di Verona. Il quartiere di Borgo Roma è molto tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile dall’autostrada. Il centro di Verona si raggiunge molto facilmente sia in macchina (10/15 minuti) sia coi mezzi. Ultimo, ma assolutamente non per importanza, l’host (Liliana) è molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto di persona ed è sempre stata presente per tutto il mese in cui ho alloggiato nell’appartamento, ma mai in modo invadente. Visto il lungo pernottamento ha provveduto anche al cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani settimanalmente, con un prezzo aggiuntivo più che onesto. Un servizio davvero impeccabile! Se non avete necessità di soggiornare in pieno centro raccomando assolutamente questo appartamento. Se mai avrò bisogno di tornare a Verona saranno i primi che ricontatterò! The accommodation is perfect, complete with all comforts, with a very large and functional bedroom and private bathroom. All extremely new, clean and also very technological (a gem are the Smart TV in the room and the electric shutters / curtains). The location is excellent for the Borgo Roma hospital, for the fair, and for the entire industrial part located south of Verona. The Borgo Roma neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible from the motorway. The center of Verona can be reached very easily both by car (10/15 minutes) and by public transport. Last, but absolutely not least, the host (Liliana) is very kind and helpful, she welcomed me in person and was always present for the entire month I stayed in the apartment, but never in an intrusive way. Given the long overnight stay, he also provided for the change of sheets and towels weekly, with an additional price that was more than fair. A truly impeccable service! If you don't need to stay in the center, I highly recommend this apartment. If I ever need to go back to Verona they will be the first I will contact!

Si trova in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa anche di notte, a pochi passi dall’ospedale di Borgo Roma. Il centro é facilmente raggiungibile in bus o in auto in circa 10-15 minuti. Inoltre sono presenti parcheggi proprio davanti casa. Un ringraziamento alla proprietaria, sempre molto attenta e interessata a soddisfare le esigenze dell’ospite. Consigliato!! It is located in a quiet area, silent even at night, a few steps from the Borgo Roma hospital. The center is easily reachable by bus or by car in about 10-15 minutes. There are also parking spaces right in front of the house. Thanks to the owner, who is always very careful and interested in satisfying the guest's needs. Recommended!!

Ambienti e proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili in quanto risiedono accanto. La zona è comoda per andare a piedi al policlinico ma non solo. In pochi minuti di bus si arriva comunque in centro e si vive Verona. Esperienza super positiva. The apartment is beautiful in a modern style. The kitchen, despite being small, is very well organized. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful environments and owners as they reside next door. The area is convenient for walking to the polyclinic but not only. In a few minutes by bus you can still get to the center and experience Verona. Super positive experience.
