★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I “mieli” di Carmelo Ricotta sono buonissimi e genuini. Il suo miele di Sulla sui formaggi stagionati è pazzesco mentre per colazione pane e miele di Aneto per me è ormai un must.
Vi consiglio di provare anche il miele di Eucalipto per la sua intensità e balsamicità e soprattutto il Millefiori per versatilità e effetti salutistici.
Carmelo Ricotta's "honeys" are delicious and genuine. His Sulla honey on aged cheeses is crazy while bread and dill honey for breakfast is now a must for me.
I recommend you also try the Eucalyptus honey for its intensity and balsamicity and above all the Millefiori for its versatility and health effects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande passione, ma soprattutto grande professionalità. Ottimo il miele o meglio dire i “ mieli” qualunque io abbia assaggiato non sono mai rimasto deluso, genuinità invasettata naturale al 100%. E per concludere bisogna aggiungere che Carmelo è una splendida persona.
