★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un apicoltore della provincia di Torino e ho acquistato a febbraio 2020, pagando oltre 100 euro, materiale apistico presso la società La Reale apicoltura, società consigliata da altro apicoltore ed indicata come seria ed affidabile.
Per me non è stato così
Ho contattato più volte il signor Alessandro (titolare) per ricevere la merce, ma a causa Covid 19, non è stata possibile la consegna della merce nella stagione 2020.
Ad inizio 2021 ho ricontattato il signor Alessandro che mi ha garantito la consegna dei pacchi e delle regine acquistati e pagati l' anno precedente.
Da febbraio in poi si è però sempre negato, con evidente imbarazzo dei suoi collaboratori coinvolti nelle telefonate per le mie legittime richieste.
Oggi (21-4-21) ho riprovato a contattarlo ma nessuna notizia, il telefono suona ma non risponde.
Tale atteggiamento, anche per la cifra in gioco è francamente imbarazzante, pur considerando l'evento pandemico.
Spero che come parziale risarcimento del trattamento ricevuto mi venga almeno riconosciuto il rimborso dei soldi inviati per l'ordine on line, come da me più volte richiesto e scritto nella chat del sito.
Consiglio a tutti di non acquistare da questa società ma mi rendo disponibile a rettificare il mio giudizio qualora se ne presenti l'occasione e ci sia un ravvedimento.
 I am a beekeeper from the province of Turin and I purchased in February 2020, paying over 100 euros, beekeeping material from the company La Reale apicoltura, a company recommended by another beekeeper and indicated as serious and reliable.
It wasn't like that for me
I have contacted Mr. Alessandro (owner) several times to receive the goods, but due to Covid 19, it was not possible to deliver the goods in the 2020 season.
At the beginning of 2021 I contacted Mr. Alessandro who guaranteed me the delivery of the parcels and queens purchased and paid for the previous year.
From February onwards, however, he has always denied himself, to the evident embarrassment of his collaborators involved in the phone calls for my legitimate requests.
Today (21-4-21) I tried to contact him again but no news, the phone rings but does not answer.
This attitude, even for the amount involved, is frankly embarrassing, even considering the pandemic event.
I hope that as partial compensation for the treatment received, I will at least be recognized the reimbursement of the money sent for the online order, as requested by me several times and written in the chat on the site.
I advise everyone not to buy from this company but I am available to rectify my opinion if the opportunity arises and there is a repentance.
