★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorenzo, giovane ed orgoglioso apicoltore, buon conoscitore di quello che le generose api ci possono offrire, propone con sapienza i prodotti dell' alveare: dai diversi tipi di miele tra cui quello di ciliegio (abbastanza raro) a preparazioni particolari tra cui la "BOMBA" una preparazione altamente proteica con pappa reale , miele, propoli e polline, perfetta per affrontare i cambi di stagione, particolarità: il polline lo propone congelato al contrario di quello che si trova normalmente (essiccato), lui dice che così si riesce ad assumere ca. 80% delle sue proprietà invece del ca. 8% del prodotto essiccato, in fondo noi umani (sempre a detta sua) non siamo ruminanti.... I suoi prodotti si possono trovare anche nel "mercato" Campagna Amica della coldiretti, di porta Romana, situato in via Friuli a Milano.
