In un tempo come quello di oggi in cui, soprattutto le donne, hanno bisogno di sentirsi al sicuro ho sentito il bisogno di seguire un corso di autodifesa e mi sono trovata subito a mio agio. Conosco tante persone che frequentano questa scuola e in poco tempo, grazie alla professionalità e al costante aggiornamento del Maestro che la dirige, hanno raggiunto risultati incredibili. La consiglio caldamente non solo per poter agire in caso di pericolo ma anche perché le arti marziali insegnano il rispetto, l'educazione e l'importanza della disciplina dentro e fuori il ring e, pensandoci bene, la vita è un ring in cui si deve fare attenzione costantemente a ciò che ci circonda. In questo modo, con una buona base di autostima, non ci sentiremo più minacciati. Mi ha messo a mio agio e mi ha insegnato delle nuove tecniche con chiarezza e pazienza. A chiunque nell'agrigentino stia pensando di iniziare il meraviglioso percorso del Jiu- jitsu braziliano, Alessio e' l'istruttore per voi. La palestra e' spaziosa, pulita e fresca con aria condizionata, quindi d'estate non si soffre il caldo. Inoltre Alessio segue il programma Gracie Barra che e' una delle scuole all'avaguardia nel mondo del jiu-jitsu. Quando saro' in Sicilia non vedo l'ora di fare altre lezioni con Alessio.
