E	Ester Meloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' inutile cercare altre strutture. Siete nel posto giusto. A due passi dall'imbarco dei traghetti per le isole, dalla fermata per i principali autobus extraurbani, ma soprattutto, in pieno centro storico. La premessa è però d'obbligo: se non avete il bagaglio a mano, ma uno più pesante, preferite l'alloggio al piano terra o al primo piano, perché la struttura è un antico palazzo tipico trapanese, privo di ascensore e/o montacarichi, con scale irte e strette. Personalmente, in modo molto romantico anche se ero sola, ho preferito il monolocale con terrazzo all'ultimo piano. Troverete sedie, sdraio e un tavolo a disposizione propria, anche se confinanti, con un altro appartamento, rispettivo affaccio e dotazione, il tutto però nella massima discrezione. La sistemazione è risultata molto confortevole, con un eccellente materasso memory e tutto l'occorrente. Rispetto ad altre fruite in passato, ho molto apprezzato, la pulizia quotidiana e non da meno, il cambio degli asciugamani (forse poco morbidi) a metà del soggiorno. Cosa dire poi del transfer da e per l'aeroporto di Trapani incluso? Senza parole, non tanto per il risparmio economico, ma per l'attenzione riservata al cliente, la stessa che potrete riscontrare in ogni richiesta che formulerete ai vostri interlocutori. Come tutte le storie che meritano un lieto fine, la mail al rientro di ringraziamento per essere stati graditi ospiti. Top. It is useless to look for other structures. You are in the right place. The premise is a must, however: if you do not have hand luggage, but a heavier one, prefer accommodation on the ground floor or first floor, because the structure is an ancient typical Trapani building, without a lift and / or freight elevator , with spiky and narrow stairs. Personally, in a very romantic way even though I was alone, I preferred the studio with a terrace on the top floor. You will find chairs, deck chairs and a table at your disposal, even if they are adjacent, with another apartment, each facing and equipped, all with the utmost discretion. The accommodation was very comfortable, with an excellent memory mattress and everything you need. Compared to others used in the past, I greatly appreciated the daily cleaning and not the least, the change of towels (maybe not very soft) in the middle of the stay. What about the transfer to and from Trapani airport included? Without words, not so much for economic savings, but for the attention given to the customer, the same that you will find in every request you make to your interlocutors. C	Claudio Chiabrando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato una settimana nell'appartamento Ponente con moglie e figlio e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente. L'appartamento è fresco, spazioso e confortevole. La dotazione di casalinghi e la disposizione dei locali consente di vivere comodi come a casa propria. La posizione poi è eccellente per godere di tutti i servizi che offre Trapani: ottimi ristoranti, bei negozi, gelaterie, pasticcerie (raccomando le granite, i cannoli e le cassate di Colicchia giusto a un tiro di schioppo), tour in barca delle Egadi, noleggio bici ecc. Infine lo staff: dal proprietario alle signore delle pulizie, agli addetti ai trasporti da e per il parcheggio Le Saline (a 5 minuti ai bordi del centro, dove posteggiare è un'impresa, in agosto) sono stati tutti gentilissimi, puntuali in ogni impegno e disponibili a tutte le ore per soddisfare ogni minima richiesta. Complimenti e grazie per le attenzioni riservateci. Una nota per chi leggerà questa entusiastica recensione. L'unica variabile di cui dovete preoccuparvi prima di prenotare sono le ripide scale di un'edificio del centro storico: se avete buone gambe non saranno un problema (anzi, un po' di ginnastica compenserà le abbondanti calorie che vi dispenseranno le succulente specialità gastronomiche di Trapani!) The location is excellent to enjoy all the services that Trapani offers: excellent restaurants, nice shops, ice cream parlors, pastry shops (I recommend the granite, cannoli and cassata di Colicchia just a stone's throw away), boat tour of the Egadi Islands, bike rental etc. Finally the staff: from the owner to the cleaning ladies, to the transport operators to and from the Le Saline car park (5 minutes on the edge of the center, where parking is a business, in August) were all very kind, punctual in every commitment. and available at all hours to satisfy every minimum request. The only variable you need to worry about before booking are the steep stairs of a building in the historic center: if you have good legs they will not be a problem (indeed, a little exercise will compensate for the abundant calories that the succulent gastronomic specialties will give you. of Trapani!)
