M	Michael Du on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Apartment. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Dachterrasse und die Tiefgarage. Zum See sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ins Zentrum von Riva sind es 15 min zu Fuß. Lage ist top. Das Apartment ist sauber. Ein Backofen oder Mikrowelle sind nicht vorhanden. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und sprachen auch Deutsch. Für einen Aktivurlaub/Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Very good apartment. Particularly noteworthy are the roof terrace and the underground car park. The lake is less than a 5 minute walk. It is a 15-minute walk to the center of Riva. Location is great. The apartment is clean. There is no oven or microwave. The staff were very nice and spoke German. For an active vacation / short break to be recommended.
G	Geht dich nichts an on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und werden gerne wieder kommen. Saubere frische Wohnung, die Lage finde ich persönlich sehr gut (100m Fußweg zum See) Sehr schöne dachterrasse. 100 m Fußweg zum Einkaufsladen. Die „Rezeption“ ist richtig nett und freundlich!! Auf Nachfrage haben wir noch eine extra Decke bekommen, war alles kein Problem. Ein Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion wäre noch wünschenswert, ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Schöne Grüße aus Norddeutschland! We have been there for the second time and will gladly come again. Clean fresh apartment, I personally like the location very well (100m walk to the lake) Very nice roof terrace. 100 m walk to the shop. The "front desk" is really nice and friendly !! On request we got an extra blanket, everything was no problem. An oven with microwave function would be desirable, otherwise the apartment is well equipped. Greetings from northern Germany!

Nochmals ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an Roberta, die gute Seele des Hauses. Unsere Anreise erfolgte unter widrigen Umständen weit nach der Check-In-Zeit und trotzdem wurden wir sehr, sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. DANKE. Auch während des Aufenthaltes gab es immer ein nettes Lächeln, ein freundliches Wort und auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge. We have just finished our vacation in this excellent domicile and are more than satisfied. The apartments and the location of this house are great. Another big thank you to Roberta, the good soul of the house. Under adverse circumstances, our arrival took place long after the check-in time, and yet we received a very, very friendly and warm welcome. It cannot be taken for granted. THANK YOU. During the stay there was always a nice smile, a friendly word and also good tips for excursions.

P	Pascal Imbos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay. Modern appartment, great view from the rooftop and an underground parking. If you want to use the balcony a lot I would advice not to go for the lake side as traffic (motorbikes) are crazy noisy over here. The rooftop is very quiet though, so wasn't a problem for us. Good price for a long stay too, so highly recommended.
