E' luminosissimo, nuovo, spazioso, accogliente e fornitissimo..ogni stanza ha una bellissima vista: sul Sella da un lato, sull' orlo del bosco dall'altro e sul paese dal bellissimo terrazzo dove si può cenare e godere di splendidi tramonti! Inoltre è a due passi dal centro! Ci è rimasto nel cuore!!! I stayed with my family in the Granda apartment. It is very bright, new, spacious, welcoming and well-stocked .. each room has a beautiful view: on the Sella on one side, on the edge of the forest on the other and on the village from the beautiful terrace where you can dine and enjoy beautiful sunsets! It is also a stone's throw from the center! It remained in our hearts !!!
A	Attilio Repetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento completamente arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort con accorgimenti di ultima generazione per quanto riguarda l'ecologia. Due ampie camere, due bagni e un grande open space che termina con una cucina dotata di tutti gli strumenti per un ottimo e completo funzionamento e dalla quale (cosi' come da una delle due camere), con ampia finestra, si gode uno stupendo panorama sul gruppo del Sella e sul Sassolungo. Infine vi è grande loggia esterna vivibile. Poco distante dal centro di Ortisei (10 minuti a piedi) ha, in inverno davanti alla porta di casa, la fermata dello ski bus. Estremamente gentile e collaborativo il comportamento dei padroni di casa pronti a far fronte ad ogni necessità che si possa presentare. Noi abbiamo soggiornato tantissime volte sia in estate che in inverno, travandoci benissimo, sempre con la speranza di poter ritornare in questo piccolo Paradiso.. Apartment fully furnished with taste and equipped with every comfort with the latest generation of ecology. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open space that ends with a kitchen with all the tools for an excellent and comprehensive operation and from which (so 'as one of the two bedrooms), with a large window, you will enjoy an amazing view on the Sella group and on the Sassolungo. Finally, there is a large livable external loggia. Not far from the center of Ortisei (10 minutes on foot) it has, in winter in front of the front door, the ski bus stop. The behavior of the hosts is extremely kind and collaborative, ready to face any need that may arise. We have stayed many times both in summer and winter, travandoci well, always with the hope to return to this small paradise ..
A	Andrea Cerquini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorniamo ormai da anni in questa struttura per l'ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Ortisei, per la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari e per il livello dei servizi offerti.L'appartamento Granda, situato all'ultimo piano, gode di una vista spettacolare sul Sella grazie a finestre panoramiche. Un loggia attrezzata permette di mangiare fuori, due camere da letto e due bagni soddisfano pienamente le esigenze della famiglia. Tutta la casa, arredata con gusto e con ogni confort, é piena di luce grazie anche a moderni lucernari sul tetto. Impagabile (per me) il profumo del legno (cirmolo..) della camera da letto. Consigliatissimo!! We have been staying in this property for years for its excellent location a few steps from the center of Ortisei, for the courtesy and helpfulness of the owners and for the level of services offered.The Granda apartment, located on the top floor, enjoys a view spectacular on the Sella thanks to panoramic windows. An equipped loggia allows you to eat outside, two bedrooms and two bathrooms fully satisfy the needs of the family. The whole house, furnished with taste and with every comfort, is full of light thanks to modern skylights on the roof. The scent of the wood (pine ..) in the bedroom is priceless (for me). Highly recommended !!

Die Ferienwohnung „Granda“ lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Sie bietet großzügig Platz für 4 erwachsene Personen und ist ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus ist es nicht weit zur nächsten Bushaltestelle oder zum nahe gelegenen Hallenbad „Mar Dolomit“ (Kosten für beides inklusive). Wer einmal Tipps für Wandertouren benötigt, kann sich vertrauensvoll an den freundlichen Vermieter wenden. We will keep fond memories of our stay in September 2021. The apartment "Granda" leaves nothing to be desired and is very tastefully and modernly furnished. It offers ample space for 4 adults and is quiet. From here it is not far to the next bus stop or to the nearby indoor swimming pool “Mar Dolomit” (costs for both included). Anyone who needs tips for hiking tours can turn to the friendly landlord with confidence.

L'appartamento a piano terra era pulito, rinnovato ed accogliente, con il soggiorno luminoso open space comprensivo di cucina nuovissima, spaziosa, funzionale ed ottimamente accessioriata (non mancava assolutamente nulla). Adiacente un giardino in cui poter trascorrere qualche ora in tranquillità, ho molto apprezzato la quiete di Cesa Arieda e la posizione (a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro). Unica nota negativa, purtroppo, la breve durata della nostra vacanza e dover lasciare Ortisei. Friendly welcome of the owners present, but never intrusive. The ground floor apartment was clean, renovated and welcoming, with a bright open space living room including a brand new, spacious, functional and well-equipped kitchen (absolutely nothing was missing). Adjacent to a garden where you can spend a few hours in peace, I very much appreciated the quiet of Cesa Arieda and the location (10 minutes walk from the center). The only negative note, unfortunately, is the short duration of our holiday and having to leave Ortisei.

L'appartamento Pitla, al piano terra è dotato di tutti i comfort e super accessoriato. Ci siamo sempre trovati bene e quando decidiamo di passare le nostre vacanze ad Ortisei è li che torniamo! Grazie di tutto ❤ We have been staying at Arieda's for several years now, both in winter and in summer, and it is like feeling at home. Kind and super helpful owners. The Pitla apartment, on the ground floor, is equipped with all comforts and super-equipped. We have always had a good time and when we decide to spend our holidays in Ortisei that's where we go back! M	Mi Seisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Arieda every year in Jan and March for skiing. Very nice and helpful owner family, very close to the skibus station and as the hous is in the 2nd row off the main street, also nice and quiet. We are coming back, as soon, as C. crisis allows us.

Everything we needed - including shopping, swimming pool or cable car - could be reached on foot or by bus in several minutes. The hosts were very helpful as well, providing local tips and recommendations.
