First, we were greeted by Max at apartment 4 holiday who was super friendly, helpful and took is time to explain us all we needed to know about the apartment and region! Second, the apartment itself was perfect. It was very clean, spacious, confortable and beautiful.

Unprofessional manager that was not able and had no desire to do anything to solve a problem with a night party in the neighbors apartments located in the same building. As the result we had a night without a sleep at all. We have checked out the next day and move to another hotel, thus we have spent only one night from eight booked. No refund, compensation or even apologies from the manager were given to us.
The apartment was very dark and required complete renovation. Everything including furniture and tableware were from the end of 20th century. It seems that there was no renovation since the villa was built.
Key collection was about 35 min by walk from the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were one week in the apartment, 01 Feb to 08 Feb. It is stylish, unique in many aspects and a fantastic, modern apartment. We loved to stay there. The ski room is just a place where the washing machine is located, good for ski’s but not for wet ski shoes. But that might be only a slight issue for those who go for winter sport. The apartment is a joy to stay…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and relatively helpful staff at the office - Stayed in Ortisei - Apartment Dami 165A - Very clean and efficient apartment for 3 people for 1 week. It was very difficult to find late at night in the dark and directions were extremely misleading. Also, the WiFi was horrible in the apartment at times. Location was about 10-15 minute walk from center of Ortisei and about a 3 minute car ride. We appreciated the fact that it was built in 2021, but didn't have too many kitchen utensils. Overall, very adequate accommodation for 1 week just outside of the center of Ortisei.
