- sehr zentrale Lage
- Klimaanlage
- bequeme Schlüsselübergabe
Nachteil:
- sehr, sehr laut, da direkt darunter eine Bar mit Aussenbereich ist (laute Musik von 11 Uhr morgens bis nachts mind. 24 Uhr !!!)
- die Wohnung riecht muffig
- in den Schränken riecht es ebenfalls
- einfache Küchenausstattung
- Betten alt, klein (laut quietschende Metallfederung)
- Badezimmer klein (sichtbare Kabel über ebenfalls sehr kleinem Spiegelschrank)
- Müllentsorgung 800m entfernt
- kleiner Balkon ohne Bestuhlung
- Möbilierung entweder alt oder sehr billig
- Peis/Leistung ungenügend
 Advantage:
- very central location
- Air conditioner
- convenient handover of keys
Disadvantage:
- very, very loud, as there is a bar with an outdoor area directly below (loud music from 11 a.m. to midnight at least!)
- the apartment smells musty
- There is a smell in the cupboards too
- simple kitchen equipment
- beds old, small (loud squeaky metal springs)
- Small bathroom (visible cables above also a very small mirror cabinet)
- Garbage disposal 800m away
- small balcony without seating
- Furniture either old or very cheap
- Insufficient price / performance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Unterkunft, relativ frisch renoviert. Alles sehr sauber und noch nicht abgewohnt. Durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist man in Torri del Benaco überall sehr schnell. Leider gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis einen optionalen Parkplatz. Die Abwicklung mit dem optionalen Parkplatz hat aber sehr gut funktioniert. Man könnte allerdings noch an den Feinheiten arbeiten, wie z.b. Kabel welche sichtbar über den Schränken sind. Außerdem ist direkt unter der Unterkunft ein Café/bar. Deshalb ist es abends schon mal etwas lauter. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
Very nice accommodation, relatively newly renovated. Everything was very clean and not worn out yet. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone, you can get anywhere in Torri del Benaco very quickly. Unfortunately, there is only an optional parking space at an additional cost. The handling with the optional parking lot worked very well. However, you could still work on the subtleties, such as: Cables that are visible above the cabinets. There is also a café / bar directly below the property. That's why it's a bit louder in the evening. Otherwise highly recommended.
