★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assistenza si valuta al momento del bisogno: ebbene al momento del bisogno l'assistenza non c'è!!! Numero fisso che, tramite segreteria, rimanda ad un numero mobile "per le urgenze" che risulta sistematicamente NON RAGGIUNGIBILE. Morale della favola se la vostra caldaia decidesse di smettere di funzionare il sabato beh, attendete il lunedì mattina orario d'ufficio per farvi una doccia perché prima l'assistenza NON RISPONDE!!!
Assistance is assessed at the time of need: well when there is need there is no assistance !!! Fixed number which, via the secretariat, refers to a mobile number "for emergencies" which is systematically NOT REACHABLE. The moral of the story if your boiler decides to stop working on Saturday well, wait for Monday morning office hours to take a shower because before the assistance DOES NOT RESPOND !!!
