Antonio è un ottimo chef e vi farà vedere tutta la sua passione nei gustosissimi piatti che prepara. Consigliatissimo. If you want to have lunch or dinner with different and very tasty specialties, you have to go to the Officina del Gusto. Antonio is an excellent chef and he will show you all his passion in the delicious dishes he prepares. Highly recommended.

Otto persone in tutto, ci siamo aiutati sulla scelta dei piatti un po col menu, un po ci siamo fatti consigliare dal titolare, persona molto competente e gentile. Siamo partiti con gli antipasti, bruschette del pescatore (deliziose), bruschette del contadino, polpette di carne e di melanzane, pittule, panzerotti e polpette di rape. Passati ai primi abbiamo preso: spaghettoni (???), cappelletti fatti in casa con ripieno di cernia e salmone ( sublimi), tagliata di pollo e chips di patate fatte da loro come la maionese ed il pane. Peccato che eravamo già sazi per i secondi, ma non sfuggiranno la prossima volta. Siamo passati direttamente al dolce portato da noi. Location non molto grande ma ben posizionata, arredata e soprattutto non si avverte l'odore della cucina che in molti locali si sente, e da molto fastidio. Complimenti allo staff della cucina ed al titolare che ci mettono impegno e dedizione, e questo si è visto ed avvertito! Having dinner for the first time in this restaurant. Eight people in all, we helped each other on the choice of dishes a little with the menu, a little we got advice from the owner, a very competent and kind person. We started with the appetizers, fisherman's bruschetta (delicious), farmer's bruschetta, meatballs and eggplant, pittule, panzerotti and turnip meatballs. We went to the first courses: spaghetti (???), homemade cappelletti stuffed with grouper and salmon (sublime), chicken cut and potato chips made by them like mayonnaise and bread. Too bad we were already full for the seconds, but they won't escape next time. We went straight to the dessert brought to us. Location not very large but well positioned, furnished and above all you do not notice the smell of the kitchen that you hear in many places, and is very annoying. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and the owner who put effort and dedication into it, and this has been seen and felt!

Cucina raffinata con materie prime del territorio, e cura nella presentazione dei piatti. Strepitosi i cappelletti con il ripieno dii pesce. In sala ci accoglie Elisa, vera sorpresa della serata, giovane ma preparata, ci guida nelle scelte di pietanze e vini argomentando in modo mai banale, brava. Consigliato! In an area that is not very busy, a place with sober and essential but pleasant furnishings with a large terrace with well-spaced tables. Refined cuisine with local raw materials, and care in the presentation of the dishes. The cappelletti with the fish filling are amazing. Tutto preparato con maestria da un vero appassionato di cucina. Elisa vi guiderà nella scelta dei piatti con professionalità e simpatia. Uno staff fantastico. I cappelletti fatti a mano ripieni di spigola sono buonissimi. Ho mangiato la miglior frittura di calamari che si possa immaginare. Assolutamente da provare, consigliato ai palati più esigenti.. prezzi piu che onesti You cannot leave Salento without having eaten at Antonio's. It is a sober restaurant that leaves room for a culinary experience of excellence. All prepared with skill by a true cooking enthusiast. Elisa will guide you in choosing the dishes with professionalism and sympathy. A fantastic staff. The handmade cappelletti stuffed with sea bass are delicious. I ate the best fried calamari imaginable. Absolutely to try, recommended for the most demanding palates .. prices more than honest

We came back this yr and we were happy to see that they were still there and if you like sea food, this is the place to go! They are kind and friendly, the food is amazing! I definitely recommend, if you cone to Aradeo, don’t miss out on this local restaurant!!
