Dopo la terza volta che lasciavo il numero per essere richiamata mi è stato detto che il mio numero non era segnato da nessuna parte "probabilmente è stato scritto su un foglio da qualche parte". Zero organizzazione. Zero rispetto. Non sono mai stata richiamata. Mi viene il dubbio che questa agenzia esista e non sia solo qualcuno che risponde a telefono per divertirsi a prendere in giro la gente. CHE SCHIFO. No real estate agency has ever treated me as badly as them. Not serious, not professional. After the third time I left the number to be called back I was told that my number was not marked anywhere "it was probably written on a sheet somewhere". Zero organization. Zero respect. I've never been called back. I doubt that this agency exists and it is not just someone who answers the phone to have fun making fun of people. HOW DISGUSTING.

Ho chiamato per visitare due case, mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato, dopo due giorni richiamo ma nulla, mi ripetono che il consulente non è ancora arrivato in ufficio e che mi avrebbe richiamato. Ultima chiamata mia il giorno seguente e con maleducazione mi dicono che non ci sono soltanto io. Oggi dopo 15 giorni nessuna loro notizia né tantomeno richiamata. Unprofessional and unorganized. I called to visit two houses, they said they would call me back, after two days I call back but nothing, they repeat that the consultant has not yet arrived at the office and that he would call me back. My last call the following day and with rudeness they tell me it's not just me. Today, after 15 days, no news of them, let alone recalled.
E	Enzo Casulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Come investitore immobiliare ho conosciuto e incontrato centinaia di agenzie e agenti immobiliari. Non voglio entrare nei dettagli di tutta la vicenda ma, in estrema sintesi, hanno usato la mia persona e la mia proposta solo ed esclusivamente allo scopo di usarla al rialzo con chi prima di me aveva lasciato una proposta ovviamente più bassa della precedente e della mia. Quindi: 1) hanno accolto una proposta iniziale senza vincolo mutuo dando più di 15 gg di tempo al venditore per accettare 2) hanno continuato a fare visite 3) hanno accettato la mia proposta a pochi gg dalla scadenza della prima offerta rassicurandomi che non sarebbe stata un'asta 4) mi chiamano dopo meno di 24 ore per dirmi che l'acquirente della prima proposta aveva rialzato andando a chiudere al prezzo di offerta e che la proprietà (ovviamente) aveva accettato. Lascio a voi tutti il giudizio. Agenzia e personale serio e professionale che dimentica facilmente ed improvvisamente cosa sia l'etica professionale e personale quando ha da gestire immobili di clienti di lunga conoscenza e di un certo rango sociale. Scandaloso e mai viste cose del genere, MAI. Bad experience. As a real estate investor, I have met and met hundreds of real estate agencies and agents. I do not want to go into the details of the whole affair but, in a nutshell, they used my person and my proposal only and exclusively for the purpose of using it upwards with those who before me had left a proposal obviously lower than the previous one and mine . So: 1) they accepted an initial proposal without a mortgage bond giving the seller more than 15 days to accept 2) they continued to make visits 3) they accepted my proposal a few days after the first offer expired, reassuring me that it would not be an auction 4) they call me after less than 24 hours to tell me that the buyer of the first offer had raised going to close at the offer price and that the property (obviously) had accepted. I leave the judgment to you all. Serious and professional agency and staff who easily and suddenly forget what professional and personal ethics are when they have to manage the properties of clients with long-standing knowledge and a certain social rank. Scandalous and never seen such things, EVER.
