I buy a mosquito net, they send it to me in the wrong color, I send them an email to tell them about the mistake and they don't even answer me. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Mi dicono che non è più disponibile anche se sul loro sito e su ebay c'è, ma ad un prezzo più alto. Ho ricevuto il rimborso dopo 10 gg da quando ho rispedito il prodotto. Nonostante la loro cortesia, non sono soddisfatto dell'esperienza.
I have received a product that is damaged in many parts. I sent it back in 2 days and kindly asked for it to be sent back to me. They tell me that it is no longer available even if it is on their site and on ebay, but at a higher price. I received the refund 10 days after I sent the product back. Despite their courtesy, I am not satisfied with the experience.
