Appena si entra e se si alza lo sguardo si noterà una bellissima parete affrescata di particolare bellezza nella sua semplicità. All' ingresso del bar/negozio si é attorniati da tante piccole squisitezze come caramelle, cioccolati, biscotti ed in base al periodo panettoni o uova di cioccolato. Al piano superiore con la vista sull' ingresso, assai carino il locale, vi é la possibilità di sedersi e gustare un aperitivo o cioccolata ma personalmente consiglierei lo zabaione caldo coi biscotti preparato al momento, una vera prelibatezza! Anche il soffitto al centro riporta un bell' affresco di uno stemma di una casata medioevale e recuperato dai lavori di sistemazione del locale. Personale gentile e sevizio cortese, preciso e veloce. Peccato sia chiuso la domenica. Visitato a Marzo 2015 Nice bar located inside the courtyard of an old building in the central street of Fossano. As soon as you enter and if you look up you will notice a beautiful frescoed wall of particular beauty in its simplicity. At the entrance of the bar / shop you are surrounded by many small delicacies such as candies, chocolates, biscuits and according to the period panettone or chocolate eggs. Upstairs with a view of the entrance, the restaurant is very nice, there is the possibility to sit and enjoy an aperitif or chocolate but personally I would recommend the hot zabaglione with freshly prepared biscuits, a real delicacy! Also the ceiling in the center shows a beautiful fresco of a coat of arms of a medieval family and recovered from the works of arrangement of the room. Friendly and courteous, accurate and fast staff. Sin is closed on Sundays. Visited in March 2015

Buono il caffè con la possibilità di acquistarlo insieme ad altre chicche dal pastigliaggio a leccornie del territotio. Ritornarci e sempre un piacere. Located in a courtyard of a historic building in the heart of the center of Fossano. Good coffee with the possibility to buy it together with other goodies from the lozenging to delicacies of the territory. Going back is always a pleasure.

Specificato che non è un ristorante, ma più tipicamente un luogo da prima colazione, la proposta gastronomica non è stata soddisfacente almeno per le due portate selezionate dal menù. Il vitello tonnato presentava una salsa molto salata e l'insalata russa (vanto della casa) era acidula e poco compatta. Complessivamente un luogo molto bello dove soffermarsi a degustare un caffè e un croissant. Per mangiare al top, rivolgersi altrove. Splendid location of the 1400s, with a characteristic shop with local specialties and an evocative courtyard with tables. Having specified that it is not a restaurant, but more typically a breakfast place, the gastronomic proposal was not satisfactory at least for the two courses selected from the menu. The vitello tonnato had a very salty sauce and the Russian salad (the pride of the house) was sour and not very compact. Overall a very nice place to stop and enjoy a coffee and a croissant. To eat at the top, look elsewhere.

Personale gentilissimo, Location sia al chiuso che all'aperto al ?, prodotti alimentari al ?, e prezzi giustissimi. I give 5 stars because everything deserves 5 stars about this place !! Very kind staff, Location both indoors and outdoors at ?, food at ?, and very fair prices.

Uno dolce ed uno salato. Le Brioches sono delle Tre Marie e preparano direttamente loro la miscela del caffè. Colazione super! The location is very beautiful. The restaurant is located in the inner courtyard of a building in the center of Fossano. Inside there are two mini departments. A sweet and a savory one. The Brioches are from the Three Marys and they directly prepare the coffee blend. Super breakfast!

Vorrei fare presente al ragazzo del locale di impostare la lettura del QR su RAFFORZATA e NON su BOOSTER. Perche io la terza dose me la devo fare a marzo... E può succedere l'equivoco di cacciare via un cliente che in realtà e a posto. Excellent cappuccino with hazelnut cream !!! I recommend it to everybody. I would like to point out to the local boy to set the QR reading on ENHANCED and NOT on BOOSTER. Because I have to do the third dose in March ... And the misunderstanding of kicking out a customer who is actually okay can happen.
