Appartamento con servizio colazione opzionabile e comunque dotato di tutto il necessario e di più per vivere esattame come a casa propria . Vista lago a 360 gradi mozzafiato e unica . Passeggiate bellissime anche solo nei dintorni. Il dolcissimo dobermann Lulú e i suoi attenti genitori rendono ancora più piacevole la permanenza ! Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by olive groves for a holiday in complete peace and relaxation. Apartment with optional breakfast service and in any case equipped with everything you need and more to live exactly like at home. Breathtaking and unique 360 degree lake view. Beautiful walks even just in the surrounding area. The sweet doberman Lulú and his attentive parents make your stay even more enjoyable!

In collina , isolato dalla confusione, ma a due passi dalla tangenziale di collegamento a tutte le destinazioni e al borgo di Passignano che rientra tra i “più belli d’Italia”. Comodo ai servizi , spesa ,treno , locali, negozi, un po’ tutto. Le vedute del lago sono eccezionali da qui. Colazioni ottime con brioche di pasticceria o dolci fatti in casa dalla padrona di casa, non meno golosi. Vale la pena sia per soggiorni brevi che anche più lunghi. Veramente Ottima anche l’accoglienza dei gestori ! Beautiful rustic farmhouse in perfect Umbrian style, very elegantly and modernly renovated. In the hills, isolated from the confusion, but a stone's throw from the ring road connecting to all destinations and the village of Passignano which is one of the "most beautiful in Italy". Convenient to services, shopping, trains, clubs, shops, a bit of everything. The views of the lake are exceptional from here. Excellent breakfasts with pastry brioches or homemade desserts by the hostess, no less greedy. It is worthwhile for both short and even longer stays. The hospitality of the managers is also truly excellent!

La posizione geografica é strategica per visitare infinite mete del nostro ricchissimo centro Italia! Consigliassimo!!! Wonderful location, modern and comfortable full optional apartments; We have been coming for 4 years now, always finding the thrill of the evocative views of unforgettable sunrises and sunsets on the lake that can be enjoyed in the front row as well as the infinite kindness and helpfulness of the managers .. for whom no word or review will ever be enough! The geographical position is strategic for visiting endless destinations in our very rich central Italy! We highly recommend it !!!

A	Alex K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my stay here. Even though it's very close to the city centre, it's very quiet and idyllic and all the apartments have the most beautiful view over the lake. The host was also incredible and provided me with all the necessary amenities and information.

Antonella could not have been a more gracious host. She was very quick to respond to my messages, super accommodating with our late check in , and available at any time to answer questions. She truly went above and beyond with the hospitality. She even brought us fresh towels and a homemade cake on our second day! We added on the full breakfast our first morning since we arrived so late - it was huge and delicious. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We chose the apartment with the balcony and it had an amazing view of the lake. The decor is tasteful and modern. Wonderful kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a drip coffee maker!). There is a Coop grocery store right across the main road. Super comfy platform bed. Best of all and such a rarity in Italy - the bathroom and shower was fantastic! I highly recommend this spot more for a quiet, convenient, affordable base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.
