★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 professionalità. Ho portato un oggetto, che aveva bisogno di una restaurazione, per poter avere un preventivo. Specifico loro che era per un regalo di Natale, essendo i primi di Dicembre il tempo non era moltissimo. Dopo più di 2 settimane ricontatto per l'ennesima volta volta il negozio, mi viene finalmente presentato il preventivo. Rispondo il giorno seguente dicendo che la lavorazione mi sarebbe costata troppo per il mio budget e che sarei passato a ritirare l'oggetto, loro rispondono dicendo che la lavorazione era ormai stata già fatta. (Senza alcun mio consenso ovviamente) Vado a ritirare l'oggetto e con mia sorpresa non solo mi viene detto che la colpa è unicamente mia dato che "chi tace acconsente" (che grande professionalità, dopo aver ricevuto risposte a messaggi ad una distanza di giorni e sotto sollecitazioni, per loro non rispondere per qualche ora è "tacere") ma inoltre scopro che se una parte della lavorazione era stata fatta, una seconda parte non era nemmeno stata iniziata! Ormai, con la lavorazione a metà, mi accordo per fare almeno completare la seconda parte di lavorazione (ovviamente non prima di Natale, accordandomi che avrei pagato qualcosa ma sicuramente non prezzo pieno). Passano varie settimane, era ormai Febbraio inoltrato (dopo che mi era stato detto che sarei stato avvisato a lavorazione completata) li ricontatto sfinito, vado a ritirare l'oggetto e come se non bastasse questa ultima parte di lavorazione scopro essere stata eseguita in maniera decisamente approssimativa . Sconsiglio e non ho intenzione di tornarci.
0 professionalism. I brought an object, which needed a restoration, in order to have a quote. I specify to them that it was for a Christmas present, as the weather was early December. After more than 2 weeks I get back in touch with the shop for the umpteenth time, I am finally presented with the quote. I reply the following day saying that the processing would have cost me too much for my budget and that I would have come to collect the item, they reply saying that the processing had already been done. (Without any of my consent of course) I go to collect the item and to my surprise not only am I told that the fault is solely mine since "whoever is silent agrees" (what a great professionalism, after receiving replies to messages at a distance of days and under stress, for them not answering for a few hours is "keeping quiet") but I also discover that if one part of the work had been done, a second part hadn't even started! By now, with the processing halfway through, I agree to have at least the second part of the processing completed (obviously not before Christmas, agreeing that I would pay something but certainly not full price). Several weeks pass, it was now late February (after I was told that I would be notified when the work is complete) I contact them exhausted, I go to collect the object and as if this last part of the work were not enough I discover that it was done in a decidedly way. approximate. I do not recommend and I have no plans to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro Antichità e Anticaglie (Alberto e la cara mamma compresi)! Da loro ho acquistato diversi pezzi, sia mobilio sia piccoli oggetti vintage, tutto molto bello e di grande qualità. Inoltre Alberto è un fantastico artigiano, attento e competente, che ha realizzato per il mio appartamento cucina e mobile bagno! Non posso che ritenermi estremamente soddisfatta! Inoltre, fare un giro in negozio è come entrare in un luogo pieno di storia, di storie e di racconti.Davvero davvero consigliato!
I love Antiques and Antiques (Alberto and dear mother included)! From them I bought several pieces, both furniture and small vintage items, all very beautiful and of great quality. Furthermore Alberto is a fantastic craftsman, attentive and competent, who created a kitchen and bathroom cabinet for my apartment! I can only be extremely satisfied! In addition, taking a tour of the shop is like entering a place full of history, stories and tales. Really highly recommended!
