Ambiente raccolto, musica delicata, aperitivo buono, vino ottimo.

Posto consigliatissimo
Fabulous and evocative place, made magical by the owner Bruno. We booked the 3rd of August for the 4th (the day when he had to leave for the holidays) and given the passion he remained open for us who were only 4. I said passion because it is what he transmitted to us by telling us the story of his wines and not only. Highly recommended place

Lovely place, the owner welcomes you very kindly, but with deception, first he puts you at ease as if you were at home, he doesn't have a menu, and he brings you what's there without you being able to choose what to eat, then he sends you home hungry and robbed, among other things with a club receipt , so he doesn't even pay us taxes, a rip-off in short, € 20.00 for a slice of cheese, a crouton with chard and 4 thin slices of industrial loin, a cold lasagna, a bottle of wine, no dessert or coffee.

Consigliatissimo! Torneremo appena possibile!
Highly recommended! We will be back as soon as possible! We happened upon a quiet evening, we were really pampered. Wine produced by the winery: Verdicchio, Conero red, Piceno red, Morro D'alba tear, sour cherry wine and Brut sparkling wine. Aperitif with cheeses, cold cuts and bruschetta but then they also brought us roast potatoes and lasagna, finally cantucci. Excellent value for money. All in a suggestive location: old stone cellar, floors included, vaulted ceilings, wooden tables and chairs, soft light with lamps, jazz music. Cozy, warm, familiar, relaxing ... that's how I would define this evening.

It is hard to overstate the character of this place. Yes it does smell like a wine cellar, but you did ask for authenticity! Excellent service, palatable wine and good value.

Antiche Cantine del Porticello is a charming cantina on the very fringe of the Old Town and a great stopping place for tasting the wines of some of the area's best local varietals. Above the entry doorway there's a sign that reads "Enoteca del porticello dal 1605", meaning, port wine cellar since 1605. Although not much to look at from the outside, it really is a charming, warm and intimate wine cellar and has an amazing medieval internal building structure and ambience. It has a musty smell which gives it that added air of authenticity. The wines on offer, red, white and sparkling, are great and priced to give good value. The staff and the owner are also excellent, very friendly and provide great service. Highly recommended.
