Hanno messo in piedi una "filiera corta" partendo dalla tradizione (agricoltura + grani antichi + macinatura a pietra + lievito madre + fornaio) con una grande attenzione a evitare gli sprechi, utilizzando le nuove tecnologie. Il pane si ordina online, si ritira nel punto di consegna prescelto nel giorno indicato e si può pagare con lo smartphone e Satispay!! Questo è IL PANE! La prima pagnotta che ho comprato si è mantenuta per dodici giorni, le successive meno perché... è un pane troppo buono!! Ho risolto metà dei miei problemi di colite cronica con questo prodotto.
