Il Personale è un po’ serioso ma parecchio operativo. Proprio La classica Locanda di una volta. Tornerò sicuramente Consigliato I found Anolini very good as well as a very good meat tartare with fresh mustard to get to the end with excellent desserts, in fact I tasted 3 types. Consigliatissimo lo gnocco fritto, molto soffice, croccante all'esterno e per nulla unto! Ottima scelta al giusto prezzo. Trattoria with home-made food from A to Z, very tasty and well-made homemade dishes. The fried dumplings are highly recommended, very soft, crunchy on the outside and not at all greasy! Great choice at the right price.

Il menu è tipicamente piacentino con qualche sfizioso piatto non proprio tipico. Servizio gentilissimo e professionale, conto più che corretto. Trattoria senza molte pretese che presenta piatti piacentini autentici. Primi ottimi e sapientemente realizzati a mano. Sui secondi rimango dubbiosa. Come sapete l’anatra e’ il mio punto debole: beh, ieri sera sono rimasta delusa. Morbida ma senza anima ne’ gusto. contorno assente, piatto triste (vedere foto). Chi ha preso la tagliata ha fatto meglio: gustosa e tenera e moooolto abbondante. Resta il fatto che la presentazione va rivista, anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte?). Il proprietario ci ha proposto i porcini freschi fritti: che spettacolo!!! Frittura perfetta, poco unta e croccante, squisiti! Da bere? Anche se eravamo in Val trebbia si è optato per un classico della Val tidone: torrefornello ed il suo Sinsal (Gutturnio superiore). Hanno le migliori etichette della nostra zona. Speso il giusto. Nella sala c'è un mobile con un gran numero di vini proposti e un tavolo con grappe e liquori vari. Oltre alle varie proposte sul menù, dal quale abbiamo scelto l'antipasto, ci hanno dato una lista di fuori menù disponibili. Dalla cucina degli inebrianti profumi pervadono la sala, dando una sorta di assaggio e facendo viaggiare con la mente. Dalla finestra vicino al nostro tavolo si può ammirare il paesaggio e la vita che scorre lenta, con il "canto" delle cicale in sottofondo in questa domenica di fine agosto. I piatti che abbiamo scelto ci sono piaciuti, e anche per i dolci c'è davvero molta scelta.
