Con amici eravamo andati a novembre 2021 menù romagnolo: portate ottime dall'antipasto al dolce perciò abbiamo deciso di ritornare quest'anno a Pasqua, ma è stata una totale delusione. Siccome eravamo in molti ci hanno consigliato al momento della prenotazione telefonica di scegliere tra 2 menu, perché così non ci sarebbe stato da aspettare troppo con le portate. La trattoria avrà al massimo 30-40 coperti. Dopo il caffè non si è fatto vedere nessuno per chiedere se volevamo un digestivo. Comunque nessuno è rimasto contento. It could be better. La mia ragazza ha mangiato un anatra con olio evo e rosmarino. Mi ha detto che era buono. Da parte mia, mi sono fatto una scorpacciata di funghi porcini e tartufo. Per quanto riguarda il tartufo, sinceramente sono rimasto un po' deluso. Il sapore era davvero troppo leggero, di tartufo ci sono solo piccole scaglie, la maggior parte del lavoro la fa una crema al tartufo che, secondo me, di tartufo ne ha poco. L'ultima volta che li mangiato ricordavo un sapore assai più deciso e "tartufoso". Beh, la cosa è andata a favore della mia ragazza che odia il tartufo che ha potuto baciarmi dopo senza troppi problemi. Per quanto riguarda i porcini, quelli sulla bruschetta erano davvero squisiti, buoni anche quelli fritti ma meno a mio avviso di quelli su bruschetta. Le patate al forno erano anch'esse molto genuine e buone, le avrei preferite ancora più cotte solo. Come vino ho bevuto un passito, molto indicato per i dolci. Nulla di eccezionale ma comunque buono. L'ambiente è molto accogliente ed a tratti esuberante e la gente che ci lavora sono molto gentili e simpatici. Probabilmente è un posto ideale per chi ama la carne e la cacciagione anche a km0.
