La qualità della stampa è davvero eccezionale e le proprietarie sono gentilissime oltre che competenti. Consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò a breve per altri lavori. Fantastic. The print quality is truly exceptional and the owners are very kind as well as competent. Highly recommend and will be back shortly for other jobs.

Comunque sono molto cortesi e disponibili I needed a custom rice paper print but unfortunately they don't offer this service. However they are very courteous and helpful

Ho consegnato un file in alta qualità con la grafica e mi è stato detto che andava bene e che avrei trovato l'oggetto pronto il giorno dopo. Mi presento il giorno dopo e l'esercizio è chiuso. C'è un biglietto che dice di ritirare gli ordini nell'ufficio spedizioni poco più avanti. Vado e l'oggetto che mi è stato consigliato è tutto sbagliato e stampato malissimo. Prezzo veramente troppo alto. Essendo un regalo, pago e me lo prendo, ma davvero non ho mai visto qualcosa fatto in maniera più pressappochista. Meglio rivolgersi da altre parti! There is a note that says to withdraw orders shipments office just ahead. Vado and the object that was recommended to me all wrong and badly printed. Price far too high. As a gift, I pay and I take it, but I really have never seen something done more pressappochista. Better to turn elsewhere!

Tuttavia sfortunatamente non ci tornerò più: la prima volta mi era stato comunicato verbalmente un prezzo per una stampa su maglietta ma, quando ho chiesto una ricevuta al suo ritiro, il prezzo è stato aumentato giustificato dal fatto che "bisognava aggiungere l'IVA". Naturalmente si accettano solo contati, è impossibile pagare con la carta. Un po' infastidito ma comunque soddisfatto del primo risultato ho deciso di ritornarci, stampando un'altra maglietta. Stessa tipologia, meno colori, sono la differenza di una taglia ma con la premessa iniziale che volevo la fattura: inspiegabilmente il prezzo era ancora di più cresciuto. Al ritiro, mi è stato giustificato che "il lavoro era stato fatto in urgenza" (? mai comunicata o concordata) e all'insistere sulla motivazione dell'aumento del prezzo, mi è stato detto che "la prossima volta ti faccio il prezzo della prima volta". Lavoro eccelso, persone amabili ma zero professionalità. Mi dispiace ma avete perso un cliente. However, unfortunately, I will never go back: the first time I was verbally communicated a price for a print on a T-shirt but, when I asked for a receipt when he picked it up, the price was increased justified by the fact that "VAT had to be added". Of course we only accept cash, it is impossible to pay by card. A little annoyed but still satisfied with the first result, I decided to go back, printing another shirt. Same type, fewer colors, are the difference of a size but with the initial premise that I wanted the invoice: inexplicably the price had risen even more. Upon withdrawal, I was justified that "the work had been done in urgency" (? Never communicated or agreed) and to insist on the reason for the price increase, I was told that "next time I'll give you the price of the first time". Excellent work, lovely people but zero professionalism. I'm sorry but you have lost a customer.

Sono stato seguito su tutto ed ho ottenuto perfettamente ciò che volevo (gadget vari con stampe personalizzate). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consiglio vivamente! Found by chance with an internet search, I had the pleasure of meeting Flavia and her mother, owners and employees of the shop. My experience was totally positive, from the welcome, to the kindness, to the availability, to the professionalism. I was followed on everything and I got what I wanted perfectly (various gadgets with personalized prints). Excellent value for money. I highly recommend!
