Des préparations locales : de la charcuterie excellente, des fromages succulents et je recommande le vin rouge primitivo de Salento ! Vraiment excellent et surtout ne vous arrêtez pas à la pièce exiguë où vous dégusterez !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza cordiale, sempre sorridenti, la Signora Anna e sua mamma. Qui si posso trovare tre, forse anche quattro varietà di pane casereccio. Ottimi i formaggi e salumi. Ho comprato di recente dell'ottimo baccalà norvegese più di una volta. Varie qualità di pasta, e farina di tipo "0" del mulino Casillo; anche semola rimacinata.
Warm welcome, always smiling, Mrs. Anna and her mother. Here you can find three, maybe even four varieties of homemade bread. Excellent cheeses and meats. I have recently bought some great Norwegian cod more than once. Various types of pasta, and type "0" flour from the Casillo mill; also re-milled semolina.
