Consiglio vivamente di andare a gustare i loro prodotti. 5 stelle meritate!. One of the best pastry shops in Rome. Uwaga duży wybór, wiec na jednym ciastku sie nie skończy. Dentro questo piccolo luogo c’è un maestro pasticcere di grande caratura, che prepara con dedizione ogni giorno una grande varietà di dolci di ogni tipo. Assortimento vasto e sempre fresco. Arredamento molto retro’, puo piacere o meno ma di certo è originale ad oggi. È tutto molto buono ma una menzione speciale la faccio per i dolci della tradizione natalizia pasquale e carnevalesca, perché è fedele alle antiche ricette. Decorazioni totalmente personalizzabili sulle torte: penso che la foto della torta di compleanno di Alessandro parli da sola, anche perché fatta A MANO LIBERA. Adoro questo posto. Absolutely one of the best pastry shops I know, better than many more renowned. Inside this small place there is a master pastry chef of great caliber, who prepares with dedication every day a great variety of desserts of all kinds. Wide and always fresh assortment. Very retro furniture, you may or may not like it but it is certainly original to this day. It's all very good but I make a special mention for the Easter and Carnival Christmas traditional desserts, because it is faithful to ancient recipes. Totally customizable decorations on the cakes: I think that the photo of Alessandro's birthday cake speaks for itself, also because it is made HAND-FREE. I love this place.

Io in vece la trovo banalissima, anzi i sapori sono molto antichi... troppo dolce... mai più I read a comment that says it's the best pastry shop in rome ... but are you serious ?! what an exaggeration! Abbiamo comprato una ventina di volte da loro, purtroppo l’ultima volta abbiamo preso una torta che sapeva di acido, di latte andato male o una cosa simile. L’abbiamo riportata senza alcuna polemica ne’ attacco, perché per carità può sempre capitare. Ma la delusione è stato l’atteggiamento dei titolari. Dopo averla assaggiata in due, la signora negava dicendo che la torta era perfetta e che sarà il liquore, e che non sa cosa ci aspettavamo. L’altro titolare è uscito dalla cucina, l’ha assaggiata e se n’è andato senza rivolgerci parola. È grave provare a far passare per liquore una cosa guasta, negando l’evidenza. Nello stesso momento abbiamo dovuto per correttezza ritirare il dolce ordinato il giorno prima. La torta acida se la sono tenuta senza chiederci cosa volevamo farne. Noi non la volevamo perché creava disgusto ma potevano offrire di ridarcela visto che ne garantivano la bontà. Oppure nel mondo civile si chiede come rimediare alla insoddisfazione del cliente venendogli incontro. Niente da fare, maleducazione e malafede. Il dolce nuovo ce l’hanno fatto pagare per intero. Pessima esperienza per il modo in cui siamo stati trattati dopo esserci posti in modo veramente tranquillo. Avete perso due clienti, peccato per voi. Un consiglio migliorate la pulizia del posto che anche quella lascia a desiderare. Tanto per i modi di fare non c’è niente da fare. A big disappointment. We bought twenty times from them, unfortunately the last time we took a cake that tasted of acid, milk gone bad or something similar. We reported it without any controversy or attack, because for heaven's sake it can always happen. But the disappointment was the attitude of the owners. After having tasted it in two, the lady denied saying that the cake was perfect and that it will be the liqueur, and that she does not know what we expected. The other owner came out of the kitchen, tasted it and left without speaking to us. It is serious to try to pass something bad as liquor, denying the evidence. At the same time we had to collect the dessert ordered the day before in order to be correct. They kept the sour cake without asking what we wanted to do with it. We didn't want it because it created disgust but they could offer to give it back as they guaranteed its goodness. Or in the civilized world, one wonders how to remedy the customer's dissatisfaction by coming to meet him. Nothing to do, rudeness and bad faith. They charged us in full for the new dessert. Bad experience for the way we were treated after being so quietly seated. You have lost two customers, too bad for you. A tip improve the cleanliness of the place that also leaves something to be desired. There is nothing to be done about the ways of doing things.
