Personale gentile e accogliente a parte la confusione della seconda sera, mia moglie voleva cacio e pepe e le hanno portato altro. Cibo ottimo dagli antipasti eccezionali ai primi squisiti e abbondanti ai secondi strepitosi, dolci divini. Prezzi normali. Davvero una bella trattoria. Complimenti
Dopo le prime esperienze estive sono tornato con la famiglia a pranzare in questi giorni sia lì che da asporto confermando la bontà dei piatti proposti, tutto squisito e abbondante. Certamente una trattoria di rara genuinità.
 I ate there 2 times as a family in late August. Beautiful restaurant in the center. Friendly and welcoming staff apart from the confusion of the second evening, my wife wanted cacio e pepe and they brought her more. Excellent food from exceptional appetizers to delicious and abundant first courses to sensational second courses, divine desserts. Normal prices. Really a nice restaurant. Congratulations
After the first summer experiences I returned with my family to have lunch these days both there and to take away, confirming the goodness of the dishes on offer, all delicious and plentiful. Certainly a restaurant of rare authenticity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se non avevamo prenotato il gestore della Trattoria c'ha trovavo due posti. Abbiamo scelto dal menù la polenta, c'è l'ha portata con una spuntatura di maiale e due pezzettini di salsiccia. Abbiamo aspettato un pochettino perché la polenta era finita. Secondo noi il sugo non era fatto con le spuntature e le stesse risultavano crude. Forse ci andremo un'altra volta per costatare e degustare la polenta prima che finisca. Il personale è stato gentile come il gestore.
Even though we hadn't booked, the manager of the Trattoria found two places there. We chose polenta from the menu, brought it there with a cut of pork and two pieces of sausage. We waited a little bit because the polenta was finished. In our opinion, the sauce was not made with the ribs and they were raw. Maybe we will go there another time to check and taste the polenta before it ends. The staff was as nice as the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella la presentazione del piatto, carbonara per due servita in padella. Il condimento non era fatto con le uova ma con i preparati pronti, troppo olio che appesantiva il piatto. Bella la location, tempi di attesa leggermente lunghi. Speso €25 per due carbonara e un acqua. Non consiglio la carbonara!
Nice presentation of the dish, carbonara for two served in a pan. The dressing was not made with eggs but with ready-made preparations, too much oil that weighed down the dish. Beautiful location, slightly long waiting times. Spent € 25 for two carbonara and a water. I don't recommend the carbonara!

Typical dishes of Roman cuisine, artisanal pasta made to perfection, delicious sauces, excellent pinsa with porchetta. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommended.
