★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su suggerimento ci siamo diretti verso la sede centrale della Caroli. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare il proprietario che dopo averci illustrato con sapienza tutti i diversi tipi di olio che producono ci ha accompagnato in un tur del frantoio.
Esperienza veramente interessante con un impreimprenditore che crede nel suo prodotto fatto interamente con olive italiane della zona.
Abbiamo visitato rientrando anche il punto vrndita di Martina Franca dove abbiamo riscontrato la stessa cortesia da parte drl figlio che gestisce il negozio.

 At the suggestion, we headed to the Caroli headquarters. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who, after having expertly illustrated all the different types of oil they produce, accompanied us on a tour of the oil mill.
Really interesting experience with an entrepreneur who believes in his product made entirely with Italian olives from the area.
We also visited the vrndita point of Martina Franca, where we found the same courtesy from the son who manages the shop.
Absolutely recommended.
