Carni di qualità assoluta (ho acquistato bistecche, costine, pancetta, lardo) a prezzi veramente contenuti.
Le bistecche me le ha perfino confezionate sotto vuoto per poterle conservare per il viaggio verso casa (ero in vacanza in Val d'Elsa).
Produce in proprio anche il Prosciutto Crudo che ho assaggiato ed è squisito.
Purtroppo abito a 300Km di distanza, altrimenti sarebbe il mio macellaio di fiducia!

Butcher discovered thanks to two friends of Casole d'Elsa, loyal customers.
Absolute quality meats (I bought steaks, ribs, bacon, lard) at very low prices.
He even vacuum packed the steaks for me to keep them for the trip home (I was on vacation in Val d'Elsa).
It also produces the raw ham I tasted on its own and it is delicious.
Unfortunately I live 300km away, otherwise it would be my trusted butcher!
Highly recommended.
