Durante la nostra vacanza nel Salento siamo tornati due volte in questo locale di Nardò e abbiamo trovato piatti sfiziosi, ben preparati e curati nella scelta degli ingredienti.
Davvero mondiale la burrata ripiena di bombette con pesto e pomodorini confit! Nonostante sia un piatto molto ricco, tutti i sapori si distinguono bene e si avverte la freschezza degli ingredienti.
Gustosi anche gli antipasti, come ad esempio i paccheri fritti e le originali polpette alle Fonzies!
Una nota di merito anche per i dolci di Francesca, davvero “goduriosi”… dalla cheesecake al pistacchio al cremino al cioccolato con i popcorn caramellati, tutto davvero delizioso! ? Devono piacervi i dolci, perché non sono proposte light, ma è uno sgarro che vale la pena di provare!
La location in esterna è carina, nonostante si tratti di un vicoletto: è stato reso tutto grazioso dalle decorazioni e dall’allestimento dei tavoli.
Durante la prossima vacanza salentina torneremo sicuramente!

During our holiday in Salento we went back twice to this place in Nardò and we found delicious dishes, well prepared and cared for in the choice of ingredients.
The burrata filled with bombette with pesto and confit tomatoes is truly world-class! Despite being a very rich dish, all the flavors stand out well and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients.
The appetizers are also tasty, such as the fried paccheri and the original meatballs at Fonzies!
A note of merit also for Francesca's desserts, really “delightful”… from pistachio cheesecake to chocolate cremino with caramelized popcorn, all really delicious! ? You must like sweets, because they are not light proposals, but it is a sgarro that is worth trying!
The outdoor location is nice, despite being an alleyway: everything has been made graceful by the decorations and the setting up of the tables.
During the next Salento holiday we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da provare! Locale molto caratteristico in un borgo fantastico e sottovalutato (Nardò). Ottimi gli antipasti (consiglio le bombette) e i panini. In generale ottima proprio la carne offerta. Consiglio di abbinare al tutto una buona bottiglia di rosso.
A must try! Very characteristic place in a fantastic and underrated village (Nardò). Excellent appetizers (I recommend the bombette) and sandwiches. In general, the meat offered is excellent. I recommend combining it all with a good bottle of red.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale davvero molto carino nel centro storico.Ottima carne ben abbinata con prodotti locali. L'antipasto di fiori di zucca in tempura 10 e lode. Le bombette sono davvero super altro 10 e lode. Entrecotte cacio e pepe, buono ma forse un pò troppo cotta la carne rendendola secca, nel complesso 8. Buon vino primitivo 10. Ottimo anche l'amaro pugliese. Consiglio vivamente
Very nice place in the historic center. Excellent meat well combined with local products. The starter of courgette flowers in tempura 10 and praise. The bowler hats are really super top 10 and praise. Entrecotte with cheese and pepper, good but perhaps a little overcooked the meat making it dry, overall 8. Good primitive wine 10. The Apulian bitter is also excellent. I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a table for 2 straight away indoors. Good service from enthusiastic young waiters. Two starters followed by two entrecote cacio e pepe. Potato and veg dishes extra. Steaks ok but a little gristly. Couple of beers and 2 vodka cokes came to €75. Not too bad but felt something was lacking to make it a real meal to remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely satisfied. We ordered three meat dishes and they were all tasty. All food that was served around to other customers looked great and made us want to order more. If we will be in Nardo again, we will come back. Staff very kind, nice evening atmosphere, prices very reasonable.
