Sono andata con garanzia e tutto e mi hanno detto che era andato a contatto con detersivi, guarda caso solo lo charm che ho acquistato in questa gioielleria, tutti gli altri sono intatti da 3 anni. Non mi hanno voluto cambiare lo charm,tra l' altro si sono presentati poco cordiali.
I have a pandora bracelet with 20 charms, of which only one was bought in this jewelry store after a month it went all black. I went with warranty and everything and they told me that it had been in contact with detergents, coincidentally only the charm that I bought in this jewelry, all the others are intact for 3 years. They didn't want to change the charm, among other things they were not very friendly.
