★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice staff, I speak minimal italian and prefer to speak english if I can and they had staff who spoke perfect english! Grabbed a large strawberry gelato which was super good. Made the mistake of ordering one flavour but looks like they had over a dozen! Grazie mille :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came up here after the absolute hell of an incline, I was starving. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a panini and I sat outside on their outdoor seating arrangement. The waitress delivered the panini, and it was one of the best I've ever had. This store's food really reflects on the quality of the food in Italy. It's great in terms of customer service, and has a variety of foods to choose from. It's great.

The service can go either way depending on who's there. A very good alternative option to Don Paolo's across the road.
