★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'esercizio i primi di maggio per avere informazioni su un addobbo per cerimonia: il titolare mi ha detto che aveva gente e che mi avrebbe richiamato il venerdì successivo. Così non è stato. Ho chiamato per almeno altre 5 volte e mi dicevano che avrei dovuto parlare col titolare, sempre indisponibile. Mi ha richiamato lunedì 22 maggio e siamo rimasti d'accordo che mi avrebbe mandato un preventivo per mail con alcune foto dei fiori da lui proposti...Dopo dieci giorni mi è arrivato un preventivo non dettagliato, incompleto e soprattutto per un tipo di addobbo non concordato. Una gran perdita di tempo.
 I contacted the exercise in early May to obtain information on a decoration for a ceremony: the owner told me he had people and that he would call me back the following Friday. This was not the case. I called at least 5 more times and they told me that I should speak to the owner, always unavailable. He called me back on Monday 22 May and we agreed that he would send me a quote by email with some photos of the flowers he proposed ... After ten days I received a non-detailed, incomplete and especially for a type of decoration not agreed. A great waste of time.

Ordered a plant paid for by bank transfer in advance ... no communication of delivery and no photos that were then sent to me by the customer the expense was not worth the gift sent ... sorry unprofessional
