I asked for the amuchina and having exhausted it they proposed me a hand sanitizing gel made by them: 75 ml Euro 7.90! It seems to me an exaggerated price. What is more, the product has a very bad smell and is very sticky!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per problemi di salute ho dovuto rimandare la vaccinazione, la risposta del personale è stata veramente SCORTESE, appioppandomi la colpa della dose buttata, come se ne derivasse un collasso dell'intera farmacia. Mi spiace per il disagio causato ma non vedo come un problema di salute personale e una cattiva gestione per un piano "b" riguardo le dosi non utilizzate debba diventare un colpa imputabile del cliente. Sono dispiaciuta che il problema sia stato risolto con molta maleducazione da parte vostra, peccato.
Due to health problems I had to postpone the vaccination, the response of the staff was really RUDE, blaming me for the dose thrown away, as if a collapse of the entire pharmacy ensued. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but I don't see how a personal health problem and mismanagement for a "b" plan regarding unused doses should become the client's fault. I am sorry that the problem was solved with a lot of rudeness on your part, too bad.
