M	Michele Mirabile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in vacanza ad Agrigento per un fine settimana di relax con la mia fidanzata e abbiamo alloggiato presso l’Antica Akragante. L’appartamento è veramente bello, proprio come si vede nelle foto, curato nei minimi particolari dai temi delle stanze ai colori fino ai quadri sparsi per tutta la casa che raccontano la storia della città. Dall’appartamento inoltre si può godere della splendida vista sulla valle dei templi anche di sera quando i templi sono tutti illuminati, sino poi a guardare il mare. Fulvio (l’host) è stato molto cortese e sempre disponibile per tutto il nostro soggiorno; all’arrivo ci ha accolti mostrandoci la casa e spiegandoci tutto sia dell’appartamento che di quello che potevamo vedere in città, dove mangiare piatti tipici in città e cosa fare la sera. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi del servizio di benvenuto contenente una bottiglia di spumante, acqua per il giorno dell’arrivo e qualche dolcetto per iniziare bene la vacanza in Sicilia. Sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare da Fulvio e lo consigliamo a chi si trovasse a passare da Agrigento. We were on holiday in Agrigento for a relaxing weekend with my girlfriend and we stayed at the Antica Akragante. The apartment is really beautiful, just as you can see in the photos, with attention to the smallest details from the themes of the rooms to the colors to the paintings scattered throughout the house that tell the story of the city. From the apartment you can also enjoy the splendid view of the valley of the temples even in the evening when the temples are all lit up, and then look at the sea. Fulvio (the host) was very courteous and always available throughout our stay; on arrival he greeted us showing us the house and explaining everything about both the apartment and what we could see in the city, where to eat typical dishes in the city and what to do in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome service containing a bottle of sparkling wine, water for the day of arrival and some sweets to start the holiday in Sicily well. We will certainly return to stay with Fulvio and we recommend it to anyone passing through Agrigento.

Situato a due passi dal viale della Vittoria, principale luogo della movida agrigentina insieme alla ben più nota via Atenea. L'appartamento consta di ben 2 stanze da letto e di altrettanti bagni, di cui uno padronale ed una comodissima cucina. Cosa che mi ha particolarmente colpito è stata la cura con cui ogni è stanza è stata arredata rifacendosi a tematiche inerenti i luoghi tipici della zona (La scala dei Turchi della vicina Realmonte, il mandorlo e chiaramente, la valle dei templi). Un plauso va sicuramente al gestore della struttura che, da me contattato prima dell'arrivo, mi ha evitato di spendere inutilmente soldi per l'acquisto di un treno dall'aeroporto alla stazione centrale di Palermo prendendosi la briga di informarsi dato che vi erano stati, a suo dire,momentanei problemi sulla linea e indicandomi i migliori modi di raggiungere la città (optammo alla fine bus urbano verso la stazione centrale di Palermo ed infine treno per Agrigento). In conclusione, credo che questo appartamento sia adatto sia a famiglie che a gruppi di amici. L'appartamento offre tutto ciò che si possa esigere andando ad offrire quel qualcosa di ricercato che ha reso il soggiorno mio ed i miei amici nell'antica Akràgas, qualcosa di unico. Beautiful apartment in the center of Agrigento, in a strategic point I would say. Located a stone's throw from Viale della Vittoria, the main place of the Agrigento nightlife along with the much more well-known Via Atenea. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and as many bathrooms, one of which is a master bedroom and a very comfortable kitchen. What particularly struck me was the care with which every room has been furnished based on themes inherent to the typical places of the area (The scale of the Turks in nearby Realmonte, the almond tree and of course, the valley of the temples). A praise goes surely to the manager of the structure that, contacted by me before the arrival, has avoided me to spend unnecessarily money for the purchase of a train from the airport to the central station of Palermo taking the trouble to inquire as they had been he said, momentary problems on the line and pointing out the best ways to reach the city (we opted for the urban bus towards the central station of Palermo and finally train for Agrigento). In conclusion, I believe this apartment is suitable for both families and groups of friends. The apartment offers everything you may require going to offer that something sought that made my living and my friends in the ancient Akragas, something unique.
