Errore mio di non aver richiesto preventivi, ma per un'operazione basica come quella effettuata era ragionevole attendersi un importo più equo. The price invoiced for an ordinary replacement of the control unit of an antenna (the intervention on site lasted no more than 30 minutes) was nothing short of disproportionate (500 euros + VAT). My mistake in not having requested quotes, but for a basic operation like the one carried out it was reasonable to expect a more equitable amount.
