Mi sono ripresentata a marzo per usufruire del buono con destinazione Napoli. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone e purtroppo gli alberghi a Napoli centro erano tutti occupati così abbiamo ci siamo appoggiati ad un albergo in periferia. Passate le 2 notti in albergo, a fine prenotazione il gestore ci ha rilasciato il foglio della prenotazione e sorpresa: le camere a notte era per un prezzo di 25€ a persona. Quindi per un totale di 200 euro in quattro per 4 persone. L'agenzia ha preso 200 euro di commissioni, che ladri! Sconsiglio vivamente Antea Viaggi!!! In November, for my boyfriend's birthday, I went to this agency for a royal gift voucher of 400 euros. I returned in March to take advantage of the voucher for Naples. We booked for 4 people and unfortunately the hotels in central Naples were all busy so we relied on a hotel in the suburbs. Spent the 2 nights in the hotel, at the end of the reservation the manager released us the sheet of the reservation and surprise: the rooms per night was for a price of 25 € per person. So for a total of 200 euros in four for 4 people. The agency took 200 euros in commissions, what thieves! I strongly advise against Antea Viaggi !!!

Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarsi in America da soli passando i nostri giorni più belli a risolvere problemi... Mai piu! Honeymoon ruined after paying good money. Incompetence and lack of assistance. g	gio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto al telefono a una signorina dell' agenzia se per andare a Tenerife ci vuole il tampone prima di partire e prima del rientro. questa mi ha detto che per sapere queste cose bisogna andare là di persona e sottoscrivere il contratto dopodiché ti danno tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ho fatto presente che è inutile che va dalla se ci vuole il tampone e questa è stata irremovibile neanche forse l'unica depositaria del sapere umano. Subito dopo ho telefonato a un'altra agenzia che mi ha detto che il tampone non è più necessario sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. È chiaro che non vado a prenotare albergo e aereo dei primi anzi non ci metterò mai più piede I asked a lady from the agency on the phone if to go to Tenerife you need a tampon before leaving and before returning. this one told me that to know these things you have to go there in person and sign the contract after which they give you all the necessary information. I pointed out that it is useless to go from if it takes a swab and this has been adamant not even perhaps the only custodian of human knowledge. Soon after I phoned another agency who told me that the tampon is no longer needed they were very courteous and helpful. It is clear that I am not going to book a hotel and plane for the first ones, on the contrary I will never set foot there again
