Ho avuto davvero un'esperienza terribile, la peggiore avuta con un parrucchiere in vita mia dal punto di vista professionale, ma soprattutto umano. Sono stata da loro per un'ondulazione vendutami come completamente naturale ed innoqua. L'odore di chimico - cimice che ne è conseguito è stato un problema enorme che mi ha portato vari sintomi fisici e permane dopo molti lavaggi. Ho chiamato la titolare con gentilezza, per segnalare ed evitare succedesse ad altri. Ho premesso che mi dispiaceva dover fare quella telefonata e che la ragazza che ha eseguito il lavoro ha fatto un buon lavoro (come effettivamente è stato). I suoi toni sono stati tutt'altro che concilianti, mi ha trattata malissimo senza motivo, ha mancato di rispetto e professionalità di fronte ad una persona che non rivendicava nulla ma desiderava soltanto non ripetessero lo stesso errore con altri. Credo che tutti possano sbagliare, ma che l'accettazione di critiche costruttive e il rispetto per il cliente valgano molto in ogni mestiere. This is the first time I have done a negative review. I had a really terrible experience, the worst I had with a hairdresser in my life from a professional, but above all human point of view. I went to them for a ripple that was sold to me as completely natural and harmless. The chemical-bed bug smell that ensued was a huge problem that brought me various physical symptoms and persists after many washes. I kindly called the owner, to report and avoid this happening to others. I stated that I was sorry to have to make that phone call and that the girl who did the job did a good job (as it actually was). His tones were anything but conciliatory, he treated me very badly for no reason, he lacked respect and professionalism in front of a person who did not claim anything but only wished they did not repeat the same mistake with others. I believe that everyone can make mistakes, but that acceptance of constructive criticism and respect for the customer are worth a lot in any profession.

Ho fatto balayage e mi sono ritrovata con 4 colori in testa e uno stacco tra il colore base è il biondo assurdo, tanto da dover sistemarli 3 giorni dopo da chi è competente! Pessima consulenza I have been in this salon and I was not at all satisfied with the result.
