★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un periodo di forte ansia, circa 4 mesi fa ho iniziato un percorso con la dott.ssa Corlando e sono contentissima di essermi affidata a lei!
Quasi senza rendermene conto, ascoltando giorno dopo giorno le sue parole, sempre di aiuto e confortanti, mi ritrovo dopo pochi mesi ad essere più serena e consapevole.
Grazie alla psicoterapia ho capito da dove arrivavano le mie ansie e ho iniziato a lavorare sulla mia crescita personale per riuscire a ridurre la sensazione di stress.
A 25 appena compiuti sono sicuramente in una fase di continua scoperta e cambiamento, ma grazie alla dott.ssa in poco tempo sono già riuscita ad affrontare alcuni miei grandi limiti e fare delle scelte importanti.
La ringrazio ancora per l’aiuto e non vedo l’ora di scoprire quanto ancora potrò imparare da questo percorso insieme.
 After a period of strong anxiety, about 4 months ago I started a journey with Dr. Corlando and I am delighted to have entrusted her to her!
Almost without realizing it, listening day after day to his words, always helpful and comforting, I find myself after a few months to be more serene and aware.
Thanks to psychotherapy I understood where my anxieties came from and I started working on my personal growth to be able to reduce the feeling of stress.
At just 25 they are certainly in a phase of continuous discovery and change, but thanks to Dr. in a short time I have already managed to face some of my great limitations and make important choices.
Thank you again for your help and I can't wait to find out how much more I can learn from this path together.
