Due balconi, uno fronte strada e l'altro più ampio sull'interno con tanto di divanetto e poltrone. L'appartamento è recente e ben tenuto. Completo di tutto e ben arredato: frigo, stoviglie, pentole, tv, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asciugacapelli, asciugamani da bagno, biancheria da letto e ombrellone da spiaggia. Parcheggio interno al cortile. Buona posizione vicino al centro, 3/400 metri dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da minimarket, gastronomia e pasticceria. Prezzo buono. Proprietario simpatico, disponibile, gentile e onesto. CONSIGLIATO !!!
 Excellent three-room apartment with living room and open kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. Two balconies, one facing the street and the other wider on the inside complete with a sofa and armchairs. The apartment is recent and well maintained. Complete with everything and well furnished: fridge, crockery, pots, TV, iron, air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, bath towels, bed linen and beach umbrella. Parking inside the courtyard. Good location near the center, 3/400 meters from the beach and a few meters from a minimarket, deli and pastry shop. Good price. Friendly, helpful, kind and honest owner. RECOMMENDED !!!
