Sabato pomeriggio io e mia figlia siamo andate nel punto vendita uomo, entrando abbiamo salutato senza ricevere risposta nemmeno dal signore alla cassa che presumo essere il proprietario. Rivolgendosi alla commessa mia figlia chiedeva di voler vedere un paio di scarpe da uomo ricevendo come risposta un "sono tutte là" dalla commessa che si è subito allontanata (preciso che il negozio era vuoto). Subito dopo mia figliar richiama la dipendente chiedendole i colori disponibili e mostrandole anche una foto e la risposta che si è sentita dire, con tono molto scortese e scocciato, è "quelle che vede" senza soffermarsi neanche un attimo a consigliare quale modello poter acquistare o meno. A quel punto allora abbiamo deciso di non comprare nulla, uscendo abbiamo salutato e come è accaduto al nostro arrivo, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta da nessuno. Dimenticavo, avremmo dovuto comprare non un paio di scarpe, ma due (da uomo e da donna), unitamente a un portafoglio che, naturalmente a seguito del trattamento, abbiamo deciso di acquistare presso un altro negozio dove siamo state servite con professionalità e cordialità e accolte con un sorriso. Saturday afternoon my daughter and I went to the men's shop, on entering we said goodbye without being answered even by the gentleman at the cashier whom I presume to be the owner. Addressing the saleswoman, my daughter asked to see a pair of men's shoes and received an "are all there" response from the saleswoman who immediately left (I specify that the shop was empty). Immediately after, my daughter recalls the employee asking her for the available colors and also showing her a photo and the answer she has heard, in a very rude and annoyed tone, is "what she sees" without pausing for a moment to advise which model to buy or less. At that point we then decided not to buy anything, we said goodbye and as we happened upon our arrival, we received no response from anyone. I forgot, we should have bought not a pair of shoes, but two (for men and women), together with a wallet which, naturally following the treatment, we decided to buy at another shop where we were served with professionalism and cordiality and greeted with a smile.
