La clientela, in termini di tempi, è gestita molto male e anche chi come me prenota anche due mesi prima, attende anche due ore prima di cominciare un taglio o un colore. Ma a cosa serve prenotare se poi devo essere trattata come la cliente arrivata all'ultimo? All very good and Anna is attentive and prepared, but the expectations are beyond all limits. The clientele, in terms of time, is very poorly managed and even those like me who book even two months before, also wait two hours before starting a cut or a color. But what is the point of booking if I have to be treated like the customer who arrived last?

Per fare un colore sono entrata alle 12 e sono uscita alle 20 e tutte le volte è così. Vengono servite più clienti contemporaneamente e questo porta a delle attese snervanti. Il parrucchiere per una donna deve essere un piacere, non un sequestro di persona. To make a color, I went in at 12 and went out at 20 and this is the case every time. Several customers are served simultaneously and this leads to unnerving expectations.
