Di persone così, a contatto col pubblico, ce ne vorrebbero ovunque davvero tante!!! Excellent service for us invalid civilians. Simone is also a very efficient, courteous, kind, competent employee. Dire che il servizio è scadente è dire poco.. tre mesi e il mio 730 non è ancora pronto.. chiami per avere notizie ti lasciano detto che ti faranno richiamare ma non ricevi alcuna chiamata.. mandi ripetute mail e non ricevi risposta.. tutto questo dopo aver lasciato tutti i documenti a giugno e aver pagato ben 90€ per un 730 congiunto.. in situazioni così consiglio vivamente un commercialista!!! E aggiungo anche che mi hanno dato l’appuntamento per ISEE di giovedì pomeriggio quando gli uffici ISEE sono chiusi.. chiamo il giorno dopo per chiedere informazioni e la risposta è stata “mi lasci pure il nominativo che la faccio richiamare”.. secondo voi mi hanno chiamata? Ma certo che no! Ridicoli e professionalità meno di zero!! One star only because it is a must to be able to leave feedback .. To say that the service is poor is an understatement .. three months and my 730 is not ready yet .. call for news they let you say they will call you back but not you receive no calls .. you send repeated e-mails and receive no response .. all this after having left all the documents in June and having paid a good 90 € for a joint 730 .. in situations like this I highly recommend an accountant !!! And I also add that they gave me an appointment for ISEE on Thursday afternoon when the ISEE offices are closed .. I call the next day to ask for information and the answer was "leave me your name and I'll call you back" .. according to you did they call me? Of course not! Ridiculous and less than zero professionalism !!

A	Alessandro Benevelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili ,competenti e disponibili, rispondono anche se uno non è iscritto ,comprendendo che molti disabili hanno anche problemi economici e un'iscrizione di 50 euro e passa è un po' invasiva. io mi sono iscritto all Anmic di Reggio Emilia, dove mi hanno risposto sempre in maniera maleducata e arrogante. dimostrando poca voglia di fare e incompetenza. io da Reggio ho fatto il certificato medico introduttivo dal dottore dell'anmic di Reggio,l'hanno inoltrato 16 giorni dopo,già ci vuole una vita a completare l'iter per l'invalidità e poi loro ci mettono 16 giorni per un lavoro che da solo tramite portale inps richiede un minuto e mezzo. Quando ho bisogno di informazioni ,infatti chiamo l'Anmic di Parma,dove devo dire non manca cordialità e interesse,sono impeccabili. Beato chi vive a Parma,io sono stato anche nell'ospedale psichiatrico Villa Luigia della provincia di Parma e devo dire che è come il giorno e la notte il confronto con le strutture di Reggio. Villa Luigia batte 10 a zero qualsiasi struttura da ts psichiatrico nel reggiano. Anche il Csm di Parma è mille volte meglio di quello di Reggio(che si è diviso tra via Amendola e via Petrella),nel csm reggiano sembra di rivolgersi a persone che non sanno nemmeno dove o perchè ci siano,interessate solo a mantenere il posto fisso Very kind, competent and helpful, they respond even if one is not registered, understanding that many disabled people also have financial problems and a registration of 50 euros and passes is a bit invasive. I joined the Anmic in Reggio Emilia, where they always replied in a rude and arrogant way. showing little desire to do and incompetence. from Reggio I got the introductory medical certificate from the doctor of the anmic of Reggio, they forwarded it 16 days later, it already takes a lifetime to complete the disability process and then it takes them 16 days for a job that alone through the inps portal takes a minute and a half. When I need information, in fact I call the Anmic in Parma, where I must say there is no lack of cordiality and interest, they are impeccable. Blessed are those who live in Parma, I have also been in the Villa Luigia psychiatric hospital in the province of Parma and I must say that the comparison with the structures of Reggio is like day and night. Villa Luigia beats 10 to zero any psychiatric TS structure in the Reggio area. Even the CSM of Parma is a thousand times better than that of Reggio (which is divided between via Amendola and via Petrella), in the Reggio Emilia CSM it seems to address people who do not even know where or why they are, interested only in keeping their jobs fixed
