E' una associazione d'Arma apolitica non a scopo di lucro. collocata all'interno del Centro Nautico di Comacchio, svolge varie attività , in primis, Commemorazioni e partecipazioni a Cerimonie per mantenere vivo il ricordo di chi si è sacrificato per la Patria e l'orgoglio di essere appartenuti alla Marina Militare Italiana, ma non solo, perchè all'ANMI si possono iscrivere tutti coloro che in questo spirito si riconoscono.
Si svolgono ottime cene e pranzi di soci e associazioni, attività a scopo benefico, tipo tornei di Burrraco, scuola di voga per i ragazzi sulle barche tipiche Comacchiesi , calcetto , palestra, campi Scout e a San Cassiano, Patrono di Comacchio una Regata con i vulicipi (barca a remi tipica di Comacchio) che rievoca la fuga dei fiocinini dalle guardie.
All'interno del Centro Nautico ci sono altre due associazioni, Il Canoa Club e il gruppo Ippocampo Sub.
Per tutte le attività del centro è necessario essere iscritti all'ANMI o alle altre associazioni.
 National Association of Sailors of Italy, Sante Cinti Group of Comacchio. It is a non-profit non-political weapon association. located inside the Comacchio Nautical Center, it carries out various activities, first and foremost, Commemoration and participation in Ceremonies to keep alive the memory of those who sacrificed themselves for the Fatherland and the pride of having belonged to the Italian Navy, but not only , because all those who recognize themselves in this spirit can register with the ANMI.
Excellent dinners and lunches are held for members and associations, charity activities, such as Burrraco tournaments, rowing school for boys on typical Comacchiesi boats, five-a-side football, gym, Scout camps and San Cassiano, Patron Saint of Comacchio a Regatta with vultures. (rowing boat typical of Comacchio) that recalls the escape of the loops from the guards.
Inside the Nautical Center there are two other associations, the Canoa Club and the Ippocampo Sub group.
For all the activities of the center it is necessary to be registered with the ANMI or other associations.
