Forse bisognerebbe iniziare dal servizio, che dovrebbe essere più accurato, e dalla carta dei vini, che praticamente non c'è. Suggerirei inoltre di dichiarare nel menù gli ingredienti fondamentali dei piatti e di inserire una scelta vegetariana. Unico appunto, in un menù pressochè perfetto l'entrée delle polpette di patate quasi insapore stona. Complimenti alla chef che, dopo aver studiato da Gualtiero Martini, ha saputo metterci del proprio e creare dei piatti personali con ampio valore qualitativo. Ottima anche la preparazione del Maître.
