A	Asia Presti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono costretta a dare due stelle, purtroppo il mio gatto essendo a pelo lungo accumula moltissimi nodi, benché noi lo spazzoliamo a volte ha dei nodi molto difficili da togliere e preferiamo mensilmente portarlo in toelettatura. Io sono solita portarlo da un altra parte ma data la vicinanza a casa ho voluto provare questa toelettatura e purtroppo devo bocciarla. Il signore si preoccupava più del carattere del mio gatto che del lavoro che doveva svolgere. Premetto che il mio gatto è buonissimo e ovviamente avendolo portato in un posto diverso si sarà sentito un attimo confuso e irritato ma sono sicura che si sia comportato bene. Fatto sta che avevo chiesto di rasare la pancia e di spazzolarlo, Non una richiesta impossibile mi pare. Dopo neanche 30 minuti il gatto era già pronto..io incredula una volta a casa lo controllo.. la pancia era rasata ma il gatto non era stato spazzolato, aveva degli accumuli di nodi che era impossibile non sentire mentre lo si spazzolava.. quindi nulla devo ritenermi insoddisfatta tanto che il giorno dopo l’ho portato dove ero solita portarlo per rimediare.. I am forced to give two stars, unfortunately my cat being long-haired accumulates a lot of knots, although we brush him at times he has very difficult knots to remove and we prefer to take him to grooming every month. I usually take it somewhere else but given the proximity to home I wanted to try this grooming and unfortunately I have to reject it. The gentleman was more concerned with my cat's character than with the work he had to do. I state that my cat is very good and obviously having taken him to a different place he will have felt confused and irritated for a moment but I'm sure he behaved well. The fact is that I had asked to shave the belly and brush it, not an impossible request it seems to me. After less than 30 minutes the cat was ready .. I am incredulous once at home I check it .. the belly was shaved but the cat had not been brushed, it had accumulations of knots that it was impossible not to feel while brushing it .. so I must consider myself unsatisfied, so much so that the next day I took it where I used to take it to fix it ..
