Soprattutto quando il conto viene 10€ ed il cliente ha già la carta di 10€ in mano! poi ci lamentiamo che i negozi non lavorano e gli acquisti avvengono principalmente su internet!!!
Asking € 0.10 for the bag after you spend over € 100 every month seems to me to be a total lack of tact towards the regular customer. Especially when the bill is 10 € and the customer already has the 10 € card in hand! then we complain that the shops do not work and the purchases take place mainly on the internet !!!
