Pareva di disturbare. Non ho visto né sentito cani. Tutto questo dopo la prima visita ha fatto si che.. Ho preso un cucciolo!! Wonderful place .. clean .. welcoming .. staff conform to expectations .. friendly prepared and if necessary a good chat seems to be appreciated. All this after the first visit meant that .. Lo staff è eccezionalmente organizzato, l'ambiente è pulito e appare come un'oasi di verde. I cani ospitati hanno tutti spazi individuali piuttosto grandi, con aree di passeggio adiacenti. L'esterno è circondato di prati a erba, uno dei quali è attrezzato per l'allenamento di cani e conduttori dell'Unità Cinofila della Croce Rossa di Firenze. The staff is exceptionally organized, the environment is clean and looks like an oasis of greenery. The dogs housed all have rather large individual spaces, with adjacent walking areas. Quando ci siam presentati con venti minuti di ritardo a causa del traffico intenso non ci hanno voluto dare il cane, nonostante avessimo anche fissato, dopo l’appuntamento al canile, con un centro di toilette per lavare la cagnolina (quindi ulteriori soldi buttati al vento per pagare il disturbo della toilette). Arrivavamo dall altra parte di Firenze per prendere la cagnolina e siamo stati trattati in una maniera vergognosa. Rude and surly staff. Comunque consiglio a tutti di fare un giro e dare uno sguardo alla natura e agli animali. Speriamo si mantenga bel tempo. Very nice and very well kept place.
